All outside, all out-effort and all over sweat as we take to the streets, curbs and hills of Strongsville for a meltdown workout that will have you guessing where the next exercise location will be!! This class is 60 minutes long and will take place outside! Plan to arrive for check-in at our studio location 15 minutes prior to start time and group will leave promptly at classtime stated in our schedule. We suggest a backpack with your waterbottle, towel and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty for your journey. All clients must check-in for insurance/safety purposes and must be members of AOK! to join the class. In the event of inclement weather class will take place inside and will include a Cycling and Core type class as a replacement. ALL-OUT(side) Bootcamp
All outside, all out-effort and all over sweat as we take to the streets, curbs and hills of Strongsville for a meltdown workout that will have you guessing where the next exercise location will be!! This class is 60 minutes long and will take place outside! Plan to arrive for check-in at our studio location 15 minutes prior to start time and group will leave promptly at classtime stated in our schedule. We suggest a backpack with your waterbottle, towel and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty for your journey. All clients must check-in for insurance/safety purposes and must be members of AOK! to join the class. In the event of inclement weather class will take place inside and will include a Cycling and Core type class as a replacement. Get ready to soak up the Vitamin D and shed the winter coats...we are ALL OUT and ALL-IN for a great workout!! |
