All outside, all out-effort and all over sweat as we take to the streets, curbs and hills of Strongsville for a meltdown workout that will have you guessing where the next exercise location will be!! This class is 60 minutes long and will take place outside! Plan to arrive for check-in at our studio location 15 minutes prior to start time and group will leave promptly at classtime stated in our schedule. We suggest a backpack with your waterbottle, towel and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty for your journey. All clients must check-in for insurance/safety purposes and must be members of AOK! to join the class. TRX w/Rip

Using nylon straps, resistance is created using body weight and gravity. Resistance can be adjusted from 5 percent to 100 percent of body weight by changing the incline of your body. TRX is effective for the beginner, intermediate and the most advanced athletes.

ALL-OUT(side) Bootcamp

All outside, all out-effort and all over sweat as we take to the streets, curbs and hills of Strongsville for a meltdown workout that will have you guessing where the next exercise location will be!! This class is 60 minutes long and will take place outside! Plan to arrive for check-in at our studio location 15 minutes prior to start time and group will leave promptly at classtime stated in our schedule. We suggest a backpack with your waterbottle, towel and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty for your journey. All clients must check-in for insurance/safety purposes and must be members of AOK! to join the class. In the event of inclement weather class will take place inside and will include a Cycling and Core type class as a replacement. Get ready to soak up the Vitamin D and shed the winter coats...we are ALL OUT and ALL-IN for a great workout!!

Small Group Premium/Barre-Pilates Core - 45

Barre Pilates is part of our Small Group Menu promotes high energy, low impact, and fat burning exercises based on elements of Pilates, ballet & resistance training. These exercises combined create an awareness & appreciation for beautiful, mindful & refined movement. BPC follows current concepts of stabilization on a Ballet Barre, Wall Barre, & X-Cord Tubing for reformer’esque routine & matwork to increase joint flexibility, proper posture while creating a sleek form. Participating in BPC creates focus, precision, & strength not only in the physical realm but in context of general wellness & daily living. Class duration is noted either 45 or 30mins.
