Watch buying packages - they expire in 6 mos and they give you a hard time about changing this. Also, check class times - not always convenient and there are limits on the # of people in the class. This is fine if this is your only workout, but some of us do other things. I was going to this place once/wk, bought a pkg right before summer. With vacations, playing tennis, and other things (skin cancer removed from my eye so I couldn't work out for 2 mos) & the fact that they let people reserve classes weeks in advance so classes were full & I couldn't get in to many of the classes for weeks (this has been changed). I asked for an extension & was reluctantly given one - for 2 mos. I used my last day on the day of expiration and they are trying to make me pay for it by saying that the day of expiration means the pkg is expired that day & I couldn't use it. I've spent over $300 there and I've belonged to many fitness places. I've never had an issue like this anywhere. Not customer friendly at all. Will not return.
