If you're a beginner struggling with downward dog or a more advanced student perfecting your shoulder stand, this is the class for you. Each week of the month features a concentration: standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and finally, combinations and inversions. We will learn how to use props to deepen our yoga practice, and work with modifications to make each participant’s experience steady and joyful. The atmosphere will be relaxed and questions will be encouraged. Upon completion, you will possess the necessary tools to safely and confidently navigate open or mixed level yoga classes. |
