Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels, and is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. By working hard sensitively, we create an environment that's healing and that honors each individual. In each Power Yoga class, you will be guided through a rigorous full body workout, while still remaining within the boundaries of your current level of fitness. If you are a beginner, be prepared to work at your own level, and to be surrounded by a nurturing environment in which to begin your Power Yoga practice. If you are more advanced, you’ll be given the chance to work through the full expression of each pose in a deeply satisfying flow, while inspiring new Yogis. |
