Established in 2004, EuroSpa by Veronika Inc. is dedicated to providing the best skin care and massage services within the spa's local market. Located in Buffalo, New York, the spa is designed to evoke the ambiance of a European spa with walls of Venetian plaster and sand texture and soft colors ranging from orange to blues and light greens with instrumental music adding to the spa's tranquil atmosphere. The spa has five treatment rooms, a retail area, and an individual far-infrared sauna. Services include massage, body treatments, European facials, manicures and pedicures, mineral makeup application, sunless airbrush tanning, waxing, eye and lip treatments, and lash and brow tinting. Client's first mineral makeup session is complimentary and the spa hosts parties, fundraisers, and charity events.

Please be very careful when you go in here, they don't properly sanitize or clean there pedicure stations. No one seemed happy to be there or that they liked what they were doing. I won't be back. EVER.

We fully santitise the units after each and every Pedicure.....not sure how you would know how we do this as it is done before you come into the Nail room?
We have never had a complaint regarding sanitisation before......And our staff to my knowledge love what they do and 2 of our 4 nail techs have been with us for quite a while.
Anyway thanks for letting us know your thoughts

I got a facial at EuroSpa from Amber. It was the best facial I've ever had! I've never seen my skin so clear, or felt it so moisturized (it's usually so dry this time of year, which no amount of cream will fix). The products were all natural, perfect for my sensitive skin, and they felt and smelled amazing! I've been using them ever since and have had better results with these products than any I've tried in the past (and I've tried countless different brands). My experience was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. It was like a deep meditative state for the entire session. The hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage was excellent and Amber was extraordinarily professional. I will definitely be back.

I went to EuroSpa for a facial and had an excellent experience with Amber. My sister had a facial with Rhonda and raved about how great she was too. I selected EuroSpa because I know the lead therapist there, Melissa. I have had at least a dozen treatments from her and she is by far the best massage therapist I've ever come across. I've been unsatisfied in the past with a few female therapists because they didn't massage me deeply enough, even though I'm not shy and had let them know during the massage that I would like more pressure, multiple times. But I never had that problem with Melissa. As tiny as she is, this girl has some strong hands! I told her I liked a deeper massage and she adjusted to my needs precisely. Deep enough to work out my knots, but never painful. A perfect balance. I love the staff at EuroSpa. They are all professional and skilled in their areas of expertise. Thank you ladies!!!

I took my niece in for a facial as a special treat for me & her and the experience was terrible. I am a stylist and have been in the spa indusrty for 12 years. I went to Euro Spa because I had a spa finder GC. The women that did my niece's facial seemed very uncomfortable working on a young girl. She kept asking her "whats wrong"?
They left the room 3 times! They would put some gunk on our face and leave the room for 10 minutes each time. There was no scalp massage, hand massage, ect. We were in the room for 45 min and it cost $150.
I will not recommend this spa to anyone!

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time with us.
As we tailor make each facial with our natural organic eminence ingredients (not gunk as you described!) we have to make up small batches just for you throughout the stages of the facial...thus the aesthetician needs to leave the room.
I am pleased you mentioned no scalp or hand massage....because your treatment was for a facial not for a hand treatment or a scalp treatment
I was at the front desk the day you and your niece were in and when I asked how was everything you replied "good thank you"
You see we do guarantee all of our services, so I would have readily compensated you on the spot.
Our home page headline says so!
We do hundreds of facials every year and never have we had a review like this I am disappointed that you did not speak up when your were asked or was it because as a Spa Manager elsewhere you just wanted "to bash" us up?

I took my 7yr. old daughter today for a pedicure. We both sat in wonderful message chairs. The staff is very friendly. The ladies that did our pedicures were really nice and did a great job! We really enjoyed ourselves and will definetly go back again!!

I visited Euro Spa today- I had a groupon for a sauna and swedish massage. The sauna was different- it was like a capsule with your head sticking out. It was nice that they offered a shower after the sauna, however, there were dirty towels in the shower and my clean towel and robe were on the floor. My towel was damp and the robe was more of a smock which didn't cover well. I felt that I couldn't relax because there was construction going on inside. The massage was okay. I read the reviews about this spa on this website- many were promising but for me I was disappointed in the end.

Amazed by the variety and quality of services, products and staff! Eurospa without question beats out any of the expensive salons/spas I use in Atlanta, GA.
As a cancer patient, I must use special needs spa treatments, nothing in the area (or in Atlanta) compares!

The staff here was very nice although I just wasn't satisfied with eyebrow waxing mine turned out very thin, and slightly uneven. I didn't complain though it was already waxed off so what else could I have done? Again all is fine, I'm regrowing my brows to do another reshaping.

Walking into Eurospa is always an aroma therapy moment. The smell of roses everywhere! It was a perfect way to start our couples massage. Their massage therapist were very attentive,friendly, and professional. We are looking forward to our third time booking with Veronika and her staff. The spa was not tidy, although clean... room was NOT big enough for two tables and the massage therapists could not get around enough to properly function. They kept banging into each other. They were good enough at giving massage, but not great. Clutter was everywhere, even in the bathroom. Maybe they need a larger location??

Just like the other review how interesting that on the same day you post a great review for another Spa....also the same Spa as the other review.
So Candy Z are your words real or are you trying to sabotage a business for revenge (our massage therapist used to work at the other Spa but left due to a lack of business!)?
