All I can say is WOW!
I received a gift card from my office team for a SPA experience. From the moment I called in for my appointment I knew I was in for a special treat. Miss Dorothy was so very knowledgeable and also patient with me to select just the right SPA treatment. We chose the "Above and Beyond" Signature Facial as it included a limited massage too. What a wonderful experience! I walked in to the SPA and was so kindly greeted and put at ease to enjoy "my special time". Staff was extremely professional and so knowledgeable. What I loved about the treatment beyond everything was the fact that my Massage Therapist left 2X during the treatment giving me time to rest. I left my treatment feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I can't tell you how many times I have recommended this to other SPA's - it bothers me especially following the treatment when someone says "take your time" but you cannot as they are outside waiting for you! I typically leave a massage feeling like I simply wished it lasted longer. At BodiScience I really felt amazing afterwards yet not deprived whatsoever! My Massage Therapist also took the time to share some ideas for me to improve my health. I made 2 subsequent appointments! Thank you to my staff & BodiScience...Gayle

so much for gift certificates
I gave my daughter a gift certificate to this spa and she went and the staff was rude and the facial was mediocre. I guess they saw that she was young and decided she didn't deserve good customer service.
How disheartening to hear this. I just went through our data base to try to find your daughter, her name and when she was visiting with us. We have many young clients and we encourage parents to guide them with nurturing behaviors at a young age to assist with their skin, health and stress levels. Every client walking through our door is important to us no matter what age and no matter how they decide to pay for their visit. We have clients at the tender age of a few months for infant massage to elders of 101 and everyone in between. We just received a lovely compliment from a client that took the time to write a letter and hand deliver it to me. She said that in all her visits to not just spas but to properties that are considered 5 diamond she has never found a business that has delivered the quality of service that we do. She went on to tell me that she is always surprised with our constancy with exceeding her expectations. We strive for this type of delivery of service and my sincere apologies that that was not daughter's experience. If I could find her by the criteria that you have shared here on-line I would have called or contacted you directly. With the information that you stated such as, you feel maybe we thought she was young and the date that you have written this review along with knowing you used a Spa Finder and she had a facial, we have no one within the past 30 days with that criteria. Please contact me personally so that I may extend my sincere apologies and a gift certificate for her to visit with us again or a spa of her choice. And to address your title of your review...we welcome Spa Finder and all Gift Certificates...they are the best way for new clients to be introduced to my business and we value that Spa Finder sends us lovely clients. Very recently I had the pleasure of spending five hours at BodiScience. The experience was incredible. Customer service, personalization, atmosphere and quality has been perfected by this spa. The have a spectacular attention to detail and their clients. I will be returning again and again.
