Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Algonquin

We got a mailer card for an an introductory price of $69.99 for a one hour hot stone message. My wife's birthday is coming up so I called to pre pay for one. They told me it didn't apply to gift cards but if I come in they would set me up. I went in today and presented the mailer and asked to prepay for it and she tod me I couldn't, it was only for "first time customers". I told her we had never been there before but without a pause she shows me a price list and asks if I want the 50 minute hot stone for $109. What?!?!? Complete waste of time. She said that's the price I had to pay. Total scam and I just walked out of there. My only regret is that I didn't ask to see a manager/owner to tell them off. Don't bother with a business like that, go some legit.

I have been to ths location mutiple times. The Massage Therapists and Facial girls are maazing. I used to love comingin and seeing the managers Kindred and Jessy. They were always so nice and took great care of the people that came in. I recently found out that both o them are one. The front desk girl seemed very scared to say anything to me about it but did say they were fired. She then told me that she would be leaving too. My friend went in a few days later and asked mewhy I like the place because the girl at the front was rude and didnt know what she was doing. She sked to speak to the manager and the girl told her sh was the manager. I hope this is not a sign of what to come. I will give it one more try.

Absolutely wonderful massage, so relaxing and I felt great about myself the rest of the day! Jessie did a lovely job and worked on areas that were bothering me like my lower back and feet. I recommend this place to everyone!
