About At the Core
Located in Chicago’s beautiful South Loop neighborhood, At the Core is a fully equipped Pilates studio dedicated to teaching the STOTT Pilates method. We offer Private and Semi-Private Pilates Sessions as well as small Group Pilates Mat Classes, and Pre/Postnatal Group Pilates Mat Classes.At the Core also offers Group Fitness Classes such as Yoga & Pound.

Beginner Friendly. Hatha-Iyengar is gentle, alignment based yoga and provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. This class encourages the use of props, such as yoga blankets, blocks and straps, in order to bring the body into ideal alignment.
