About Elements Spa at Crystal Springs Resort
Located just over an hour from Manhattan, the Crystal Springs Resort is surrounded by 7,200 acres of preserved open space in the New Jersey Skylands, making it the perfect place to escape from daily stress. The Elements Spa at Crystal Springs Resort, located within the Minerals Hotel & Spa, draws on local natural resources with treatments and décor inspired by native rocks and minerals. The resort is known for its golf amenities, which include seven award-winning courses (each has its own distinct clubhouse) and the David Glenz Golf Academy, all within five miles of one another. When not on the golf courses or in the spa, guests stay in either the family-friendly Minerals Hotel & Spa or the luxurious Grand Cascades Lodge.
Other recreational options at Crystal Springs include those offered at Minerals Sports Club, a state-of-the-art sports complex with seven indoor and heated outdoor pools, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, tennis and racquetball courts, a Pilates studio, and more than 45 weekly fitness classes. Outdoor activities include exploring the local countryside, which offers activities ranging from hiking to river rafting to skiing at nearby Mountain Creek. Families, couples, business travelers, corporate groups, and outdoor enthusiasts will love this northern New Jersey resort complex.

Elements Spa at Crystal Springs Resort, within the Minerals Hotel & Spa, incorporates materials indigenous to the New Jersey Skylands region in its décor. The hand-painted walls include bits of mica, stone, and illuminated rice paper, and copper fixtures are used. The stainless steel beaded "rainwalls" glisten like drops of falling water. The spa's treatments also make use of the area's natural resources. The Detoxifying Mineral Mud body treatment exfoliates the entire body, while the Sacred Stone Massage uses warm river stones to soothe and relax. The Elements Body Polish begins with a gentle exfoliation followed by an application of copper-infused moisturizer. Hair services, nail care, waxing, facials, and massages are also available.
The spa offers a fitness program at Minerals Sports Club, where individual services include a fitness assessment, body composition evaluation, a customized exercise regimen, private yoga instruction, and personal training.
