The techniques are based on precise timing and effective use of leverage so that virtually anyone can do them, man or woman, regardless of their age or athletic ability.HistoryEstablished in 2001Originally, "La Jolla Soo Bahk Do" Matt Becker started teaching full time martial arts programs to children and adults. In 2008, Becker participated in the Gracie Instructor Certification Course held at the World Famous Gracie Academy in Torrance, California. After being Certified by Rorian, Ryron, and Rener Gracie under the authority of Grand Master Helio Gracie, Matthew Becker started teaching 100% pure Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to his students.
