Jenkinstown Day Spa

I had the pleasure of visiting Jenkinstown day Spa very recently and received a wonderful pregnancy massage from Lauren. She was excellent and very thorough and comforting. She was very attentive to my needs (my being 6 months pregnant) and as such provided essential comforts to make my experience enjoyable. At first glance, the spa appears unusual in that it is in a home like / residential setting. This may be typical of the area, I assure you the welcome by the staff, Fatima in particular is very kind, soothing and embracing of the client. The ambience is that of being in someone's living room complete with beverage and snacks. The only drawbacks and I mention this only in the hope of improving what I found to be superior service is, dusting of the spa rooms (windows included), the water system in that it is Sulfur based (not a pleasant smell) making the bathroom smell and first entrance of the spa a bit overpowering and strong on the nose (heavy scented candles or incense may relieve the problem!)! Again I will reiterate, the treatment was excellent and worth sticking around for and hopefully made more pleasant for future visits!

Lauren & her staff are very pleasant, accomodating & professional. The spa is located in a farm house that has been modified into a comfortable & soothing place. The hospitality of the staff & the natural sounds of the roaring brook out back just add to the ambience of The Jenkinstown Day Spa.You must go and experience this treat!
