Many clients come to this modern day spa to address specific needs and conditions, whether they suffer from neck or back pain, have recently undergone surgery, are athletes, or are soon-to-be mothers. The spa offers results-oriented massage therapies in a relaxing spa environment. Other treatments include facials, manicures and pedicures, waxing, and body wraps. A.R.T. I made an appointment for their most popular spa package, the 3-hour Rejuvenation Retreat and was entirely pleased. I received a reminder call the night before, easily found the spa with my GPS system the next day; it's in a safe-looking neighborhood. There was construction going on next door, but it didn't disturb the atmosphere of the spa. The spa itself isn't fancy; if that's what you want I would suggest one of the luxury hotels. But it was clean and quiet and decorated with care, if a little cluttered for my taste. My massage by Crystal was done with expertise and I really enjoyed her slow rhythm and no chatter. Ashley did the facial and the products are marvelous. The pedicure was good and I liked the fact that they have good pedi chairs with hot running water (it always surprises me when I visit a spa and they have just a bowl of water on the floor). And they have two iPads at the pedi chairs for customer use! Fun place, great value.

I was given a spafinder gift card and researched several places, deciding on this one. My fear was that I'd end up in some dump! Totally wrong with this place!! The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were very professional, and my therapist (Jenny Rice) was awesome! As a long-distance runner who has had massages all around the world (Thailand included!), I was thoroughly impressed with her ability to really get into some deep tissue 'problem areas'. Veronica did a great job on my pedicure too! The only complaint I have doesn't have anything to do with this spa, but with the spafinder gift card. Be aware that wherever you chose to use your card, you must use ALL OF IT at that one location. So, book enough services to use up all your card or be prepared to return to the spa of your choice. I don't fault this spa, but more the spafinder gift card system. This policy makes it difficult for people who might be disappointed with their service or those who are only in an area for a limited time.

I went there with a spa finder gift card I recieved from a girl friend, and it was fantastic. I wanted the massage to keep going all day long it was that good. I would definately go back!

I went to get a massage and to use my Spa Finder gift certificates and i had the worst massage of my life here. I have had tons of massages and I will never go back to this place again! My husband could have given me a better massage than the 'licensed therapist' at this place!

I recently went to San Antonio on vacation and my girlfriend and I did a couples massage here. I'd never had a massage and was unsure how it was going to be and honestly was afraid it would be a waste of money. I couldn't have been more wrong, from the price all the way to the atmosphere etc.....it was fantastic. I can't remember the last time I was that relaxed. Now I'm hooked on massages and am looking for one to go to in my area. Next time I'm in San Antonio I will be making atleast one trip to the ART Massage Body Spa.

This spa was recommended by a coworker as a great place to take my wife. We are now addicted to this place. What a wonderful experience. We did a package where we could be in the same room and let me tell you, I now love facials (or at least theirs). Like the reviewer below, you can tell that everyone there loves what they do. I highly recommend this spa.

as a massage therapist myself i have an eye for what goes on in spas and what SHOULD go on in spas. and i've NEVER experienced a better massage than the one i had there. it's so important that the experience start when you open that front door and that's exactly what i encountered! the employees ALL greeted me upon walking in and i felt a peaceful/calming energy in the spa! the employees seem as though they want to and are happy to be there. it makes me think that the management has it together; b/c their employees are happy!
as an added bonus you feel like you're in the comforts of your own home without the distractions. i've never received a bad massage (having had different therapists everytime). there prices are more than fair(cheaper than most in that area) and you get exactly what they offer and above and beyond in most cases. i recommend this spa to everyone i know. as a massage therapist i trust them. and that's a pretty big deal i think!

I took my wife here for our vacation and we both enjoyed the Pamper Package for $100 each. The staff are very professional and absolutely take care of all your needs.
The only problem I could complain about is the construction outside was a little loud and took something from the atmosphere, but overall it was a relaxing experience.
