About Body Centre Day Spa
Body Centre Day Spa is all about "making the spa experience affordable" and offers professional services at a reasonable cost. This family-owned spa has a relaxing atmosphere with lit candles and the sound of water fountains in the air. The facility is 2,100-square-feet and has seven treatment rooms where services are performed by licensed and certified technicians. Treatments include facials, massage, Reflexology, body wraps, body scrubs, and body wraps. Signature treatments are the Organic Bliss Facial which incorporates the Eminence natural skin-care line, Brazilian Sugaring done by the sugaring artist, Amanda, and a hot stone massage performed by Karina.

Got a spa finder gift card last Xmas and decided to try last Feb. I was lucky enough to get Clara as my masseuse. I have been getting massages for 30 years, some in hi end resorts, fitness centers and many day spas. I put Clara in my top 3. She has magic hands and does a lot of special things most don't like hot packs under the neck, hot oils etc. I have a standing appointment now once a month with her. She doesn't work every day so call in advance and if you can plan your massage on a day she works, you won't be sorry. The Day Spa itself is clean and the people nice and the prices very reasonable.

Rosa gives GREAT deep tissue massages, both my husband and I go to her and she does a wonderful job everytime. I think they should remodel the waiting room, and chairs aren't comfortable, but you don't wait long and Rosa makes it worth the wait! I do agree with some of the reviews on the person at front desk though, doesn't look professional and not the nicest either, maybe management will see this and change that. But overall you should go and get massage with Rosa you won't regret it!!

I took a day off for my birthday for a day of relaxation... and after reading a few positive reviews I decided to try Body Centre Day Spa. I booked an appointment with Rosa, and she did a great job. I booked one of the February specials; $49 for 60 minute Swedish massage, and left very relaxed. Their regular prices are bargains as well. I plan on booking another appointment very soon.

This place was recommended to me from the hotel that im staying at, im from out of town and taking the bar exam in ontario, so you can imagine how stressed i am, well my massage was really awesome, the place smelled nice, the room was relaxing and warm with soft music playing, im going back wednesday for another one, i really enjoyed it.... and great prices too....

First off, I have never written a review on any type of service, I just felt the need to share my experience. I booked a 60 min swedish massage with Camille. I only chose her because she was available within the time frame I needed. When I got to the spa it's really nothing special on the outside, just an old strip mall....but I thought "Don't Judge a Book". Inside the place was clean but nothing impressive. It didn't really look kept up the way a spa should be. At the front desk there was no receptionist so I just started filling out a questionaire on the counter. Someone walked out to greet me and then 2 seconds later pulled me into a room and asked me to change. After being allowed a quick minute to get settled, she came back in and began the massage. All the while, she never once intorduced herself just kind of rush rush, hurry hurry. The massage itself felt rushed, but it was okay until when she was rubbing my arms and asked me in a very annoyed tone if everything was okay because I was tense (uhhmm I thought, that's why I'm here). And instead of helping me relax she just told me how annoying it is when clients don't relax (which in turn, made me more tense). After I left I was given a dixie cup of water and sent to the front desk to pay. The receptionist was now there and just told me how lucky I was to have just recieved a massage and that her job sucked and caused her too much stress. It was just an awkward conversation.
Basically I could have looked pass the scruffy appearance of the place, because the price was really reasonable. But the service was definitely not worth looking past. Rude, awkaward and hurried were the words I would use to describe Body Centre. And unfortunately, will not be returning.

I had such a nice, quiet and relaxing time there. I didn't spend as much time there as I would normally but I was taken in fast and I was able to have my enjoyable, relaxing massage done quickly. I can't wait to go again!

Went in for their advertised $49.00 an hour massage, not knowing what to expect for the price. But to my surprise, it was the best massage ever., if anyone is intrested my therapist name was Rosa. My friend also had a great massage she had Amy.

Just got back from a wonderful experience. I booked the swedish massage and spa facial both for under $100.00 and it was the most relaxing experience ever! I would highly recommend this little get away spot. It is hidden but a great place to get some relaxation.
