HOT VariYoga Sundays 1:00pm to 2:15pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45pm to 7:00pmLearn and practice VariYoga Flow Sequences in a heated room. Be prepared to sweat! Bring a towel and your own mat. Mat rental for Hot Yoga is $2.00. This class will be taught by various members of the AYC family of teachers, and you are assured a good experience with VariYoga!
