This Spa was below our expectations. The ambiance is poor. It is in too small of a location. The rooms are small and near the bathroom. You can hear people toileting while getting your supposedly relaxing treatment. The staff were very presumptuous and did not inquire about pressure levels once treatment started to ensure it was appropriate. The temperature in the rooms were too cool for a Spa. The building smelled of mold. There are far better Spa's in Houston and I would recommend those over this. Poor experience that cost over $350. I left with a crook in my neck because there was no neck roll offered to me. Oh, and the tables were antiquated and old.

Dolce Vita is like a little oasis in the middle of the city. It's my go-to neighborhood spa when I need a quick getaway. I adore the boutiquey atmosphere that offers an at-home vibe. It's completely unpretentious, unlike so many of the larger, more commercial spas here in Houston. The treatment rooms are super cute and cozy. The spa manager is always very kind and accommodating. Both Natalie and Nick provide the most intense, effective deep tissue massages. The facials leave my skin feeling brand new. My favorite treatment is the couple's massage, which my fiance and I often indulge in. Even better, the prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate spa environment with very personal service and talented staff, Dolce Vita is for you!

I was a little wary about the location but the reviews were great so I decided to check it out! It was amazing! My boyfriend and I did a couples massage which was great. He got a deep tissue and I got a swedish massage. Afterwards, I got a facial where the facialist was very helpful when answering my questions!

There was absolutely phenomenal service through the duration of my experience there. I can't recommend this place enough!! I personally have combination/oily skin that doesn't do well in Houston weather, but after my facial, my skin has never felt so smooth and balanced, even in this mucky weather! Can't wait to go back there again!

My couples massage was wonderful. Walking into the spa, I was immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable (although I was 15 minutes late) The entire staff was very accomodating and sweet. The actual massage was one of the best I've ever experienced.
My boyfriend can't stop talking about the experience!!

I could have stayed in the waiting area and chatted with Sarah the spa director for hours. Such a lovely lady. I received a Express package from one of my friends and I'm so thankful. I had the most relaxing and pleasant time. The therapists were all so kind and helpful, The ambiance is quiet and warm and my treatments were amazing. Thank you thank you thank you1 I'll be back!

I have been going to Dolce Vita for many years. I send all my friends this way and I am never dissappointed with their response. I love sharing it with them because I feel like it is a hidden gem. If you blink you will miss it from the street, but once you turn into their courtyard, you are already relaxing. The staff memorizes what i like to drink and it so funny how they always remember I always am chilly so they turn on that heating blanket before I even arrive. I love the special attention they give my friends also, because they know i keep sending more their way. I suggest to all my city search friends also!

I had Nick and I really thought he was amazing. My boyfriend had a girl (I forgot her name) and he said she was good also. We loved the atmosphere and the mimosas were a huge hit! We really had a great experience and look forward to returning!!!

I was given a gift certificate for the indulgence package and absolutely loved it! I was greeted with the lady asking if I wanted anything to drink and she even asked if I wanted my water cold or room temp! My massage was so relaxing and then I moved to another room for my facial. They offered me complimentary champagne in between my services. On my way out, I bought a gift certificate for my mom. I hope she has the same wonderful experience!

I read the reviews and thought it would be nice and relaxing experiene. Rude reception and just not the quality the reviews made it out to be. I am wondering if the "awesome" reviews are from the staff as I certainly didn't feel that this was a top spa.

I just visited this spa and completely fell in love with the warm service i was greeted with. I received a glass of champagne on my arrival and was filled with the aromas in the waiting area. The massage was awesome! I was completely impressed with my therapists knowledge and pressure usage. I will definitly be coming back and want to try a facial! Thanks!

My husband and I recently visited this spa for the first time. We both got 100 minute swedish massages and they were spectacular! I had Stephanie for my massage and my husband had Naomi...they both are highly recommended. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and nice. We will definitely be back.

I have gotten facials most of my adult life and can definitely say that Paulette has 100% given me the best treatments of any spa I have been to. I have gotten the classic French facial from her several times and recently had a session of microdermabrasion that has made my skin look so clear and feel so soft. Also, I hate when I go to a spa and staff members are rude or snotty. The Dolce Vita staff is always so friendly and the atmosphere is totally unpretentious. The other thing I love is that no one is trying to pressure you into buying any products, which always bothered me at other places. Of course I did end up getting something last time because they do have great stuff! As long as I am living in Houston, this is where I will be getting my facials!

I've been to this spa a couple of times and it's massages and facials are really good. The facials treat the skin and make it glow for days to come. I tried the Classic French facial, which is a little expensive but worth it. I also got an add-on eye treatment.
For their massages you can choose your aroma and the therapist mages sure you are completely relaxed.

I adore this spa! It's tucked away in the riveroaks area, and if you blink you'd miss it. Something about that makes me think it's Houston's lil secret. I went in for a massage & facial, and came out feeling completely relaxed and fresh. The staff is sooooo sweet and informative. They made sure to ask about me, and my goals, and even if I like my water cold or room temp. It's the small things that made me feel comfortable. The music, decor, and scents help you to melt away your outside worries. I highly reccommend!! Thanks!!

I took my valentine to Dolce Vita for our special day for their Bello amore package and we absolutely loved it. We both recieved our facials and then had a wonderful massage in their lovely couples room. They added a special touch with roses on our beds and champagne at our sides. The therapists were so warm and friendly, and made sure that our valentines day was special. At the end of our package we recieved truffles that were absolutely delicous!!! I'm addicted to Dolce Vita and will definitely be re-visiting in the future. If you need to make someone feel very special, this is your place.

I just recieved the most relaxing facial I have ever gotten. I have gotten facials before, and I enjoy them, but Annie at Dolce Vita has the most amazing hands. She kept me informed (without being too chatty) about my face and what was needed. She made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. The spa itself has serene music playing, candlight in the room, and aromatherapy scents in the air. Once I laid down for my facial, I immediatly relaxed and melted into the bed. After a long winter day of work, this facial, made me feel rejuvenated and my face looked dewy and fresh again. I'm in love with this location!!!!! Ask for the deep hydration facial.

I just had the most wonderful expierence at Dolce Vita Day Spa. As soon as I walked up the stairs, I instantly felt the calmness this spa offers. From the scents to the décor, this boutique spa helps my worries slip away. I received a massage from Nick. He was very informative and listened to what I expressed was my goal of my visit. He was firm when needed and gentle at other times. Nick's specialty is sports massage so he was very familiar with my athletic injuries and needs. All around my experience was wonderful and I will be returning to Dolce Vita!

I go to many spas and I have been to many massage therapists. Rarely do I ever come across a therapist as talented as Kristi at Dolce Vita Day Spa. She knew exactly what areas to go to and at just the right pressure. The spa itself is kinda small, but very cozy and pretty. In a place like that, the therapists can usually give you more of the attention you deserve. I left feeling like a million bucks! You can believe I’m a regular now!

I go to Dolce Vita Day Spa for facials with Paulette fairly often. By fairly often I mean whenever I get the chance, which isn't really often at all considering my work schedule... I enjoy the atmosphere there; the warm tones, the relaxing scent that calms you as you walk in. Everything about it whispers, "Relax, take a load off. Stressful job? Screamings kids? Rush, rush? These words need not apply here." Everyone there treats me so warmly every time I visit. What can I say about Paulette's facials other than Pure Heaven? She has such a gentle touch, I find myself drifting in and out during each facial. I love the yonka products she recommends. My face has never felt and looked so good, and my nerves so relaxed. Thank you, Paulette!

I absolutely loved this spa! From the moment I walked in, each step up the stairway, I felt as though I was being transformed to a tuscan villa. The smells and decor, helped me to instantly relax, and forget what I left outside. The staff, immediately greeted me and asked if I needed a beverage. I was quickly escorted to my treatment room, where Yanni, my esthetician, explained in detail, what my facial entailed. She was very informative with my questions, and in telling me how to get my skin regime on the right track. As well as informative, it was also relaxing at just the right moments! A combination of the aromas, room decor, music and lighting made for a complete expierence. Yanni, gave me samples of the products she used and suggested, in case I wanted to try them before purchasing. Which was nice, because I've had negative expierences at other spas, on "selling" the products. After my service, the receptionist was very attentive, asking if I needed another beverage, or anything else. I will definitely come back to this spa, I already have my monthly facials scheduled, and look forward to trying other services Dolce Vita offers!

I contacted Dolce Vita to set up and appointment for a Sports Massage, upon calling the girl was very friendly and attentive to my questions. She set an appointment for me and even called later in the day to reconfirm. When arriving I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink. After filling out my initial forms I was escorted back to a treatment room and the therapist reviewed my target areas. I've had several sports massages in my life, and it can be very hit or miss. I can honestly say this is one of the best massages I've have had and from one of the most professional therapists. Lois remembered all my problem areas without having to repeat myself, as well as areas that were overly sensitive and required special care. This place is a must for anyone who wants amazing services and a fantastic massage. Tell your friends, I'm telling mine.
