Aerial Yoga

This class begins with basic mat work, as well as using a soft fabric yoga inversion swing that is used to relieve compressed joints and to bring greater alignment to the spine. Every class will explore a series of postures meant to elicit a sense of weightlessness while forming new relationships with gravity. If you do not have the arm support or do not feel comfortable doing inversion work independently, this is a fun, safe alternative. Perfect for anyone with a basic understanding of yoga or for experienced yoga students looking for a new movement adventure.
