Hot Haus Spa

I've had pedicures here a few times and while the new massage chairs are a great improvement over the old ones that were in the basement salon, the service itself was comparable--very nice! Polish color variety could be expanded but I can always bring my own too.

I was so disappointed. My husband took me on my birthday as a gift and he got us the couples whirl pool and massage package which I was really excited until it started. It was cold that day and the whirl pool was ouside? huh? I was freezing. Then when we got our massage..omg at first it felt like little kids massaging me. It felt like nothing. And then towards the end it started hurting instead of a soothing massage. After I left my body ached all over. I thought it was suppose to soothe my body not make it ache when I paid for it to soothe and relax me not hurt and make me ache for days. I seriously ached for days after. What a waste of money.

I know business is tough, but to have to pay for a bottle of water....no heater to dry your feet after a pedicure and then have to pay for a pair of paper sandals to leave.....If someone has come to get spoiled....increase your price and you will make a happy customer. Very disappointed...
