Tuscany Spa & Salon

Have been visiting Tuscany on and off over the past 3 years. They have always been friendly and accommodating. Since they are close to my work and I can never think too far ahead - they have been great in scheduling me in for all SPA services with little forewarning.

The waiting area left something to be desired with magazines strewn all over a couple tables, and the reception staff seemed a bit distracted which was not the warmest reception for the first time. I received a great pedicure in a nice, relaxing room. There wasn't anything about the experience that made me rush to come back. Although, I didn't try the spa/massages so I can't offer a full perspective!!

We had a busy fall with family and my job has been nuts. I decided to pamper myself and escape for a couple of hours. For my reward, I went to Tuscany during mid-week and got a wonderful hot stone massage and facial. Staff were very pleasant and the treatments were really good. I particularly liked the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.

As a regular customer, I have been very happy with my spa services at Tuscany. A good number of my friends have been clients and we get some great massages there. I am a big fan of the hot stone treatments and although I don't them have them too often - about 3 - 4 time a year - the staff there really does a great job. (One staffer has been there since they opened and she does a superb job!) A couple of my friends still play tennis as well as golf and like the deep tissue massages. We like sitting and talking in the relaxation room during and after the massages when more than one of us go together. Besides these services, I am a regular for nail services and great hair care, too. As you can see, I am a loyal client and good patron. Tuscany has earned by business since I am rather particular about all of my personal services, especially spa.

Admittedly, I am not an highly experienced spa-goer but have had 3 - 4 massages - from Vermont to the Caribbean. BUT, I found Tuscany a great place here in Cincinnati to get a really, really good massage. The place is tranquil and beautiful with a very good, pleasant staff. I think that I won't have to be on vacation to get my next massage but just get one here!

I couldn't disagree more with the other review! I have always had great service and love the spa! Of course they are not perfect every day, but, they always work hard to make it right. The massages I have had were excellent-my only complaint is the time goes too fast. I liked getting the personal service versus the "chain" mentality. As this spa is getting more popular, it is a little harder to get in, especially on a Saturday, so plan ahead--it is well worth it.

My visits to the Tuscany day spa have been largely disaappointing. my first visit was a massage. The massage therapist was running about 15 min late and EVERYTHING during the massage was freezing. I have been for manicures and pedicures and that have gone well. The Tuscany Spa Pedicure is very soothing and well done. My last visit was a disaster and I will not return. They had somehow deleted my appointment from the schedule and when I arrived they told me it would just be a few minutes. After 40 minutes, and asking twice if there was a problem, I was told my appointment was not in the book. They did squeeze me in at that time and I had 1 item of the two scheduled done. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by squeezing me in and offered me nothing for the inconvenience. I was dissappointed that they were not honest when I asked directly and dissappointed that my appointment had been deleted.
