What a wonderful experience...a beautiful place, which is bringing you a lot of energy. It's really great to have a so professional welcome! ..starting with a fresh juice...within a very relax ambiance. I loved the entrance to the cabin, with the touch of Indonesian Decoration. What attracted me is that the cabin is open and overlooks the jungle, one feels a sense of peace. Massage is excellent and my first experience with the Sirodhara SPA treatment was very relaxing and wonderfully complemented the previous oriental massage. My husband and I had private yoga session that was exactly what I hoping for. Our instructor was knowledgable and sweet as could be. It was very warm in the room, but it was the perfect setting for a workout and the welcomed meditation at the end. After our session, we took a quick shower because we were sweating so bad. We then received the two hour full moon massage and scrub. We each woke up on our separate tables to find ourselves covered in chocolate. We were able to shower again and regroup after two hours of heaven. We would recommend the Raindrop Spa to anyone over and over again.

We scheduled a couples massage for the last day of our vacation. It was the best massage both of us have ever gotten! Perfect ending to our amazing honeymooon.

My mother, daughter and I treated ourselves to facials at the Raindrop Spa - what a treat! The setting was beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted with a delicious fruit juice. The facials were excellent - our skin was glowing. It was a lovely, peaceful experience.

I had my wedding in Costa Rica in December of 2012. My sister, a massage therapist, coordinated our massage day. She couldn't have picked a better place! The service was amazing! We had 10 women and filled their schedule for 4 hours! They greated us with appetizers, fresh fruit, drinks and champagne. Even if you were waiting for your turn, or waiting after your appointment, the atmostphere, service and experience was amazing. VERY relaxing, especially after all the travel stress and wedding stress our particular group encountered!

My husband and I got a couples massage here during our honeymoon. It was a perfect experience - the surroundings are gorgeous and serene and the masseuses were wonderful. We felt it was a perfect addition to our honeymoon and was also a good value. Would definitely return again on a future visit.

Had a couples massage while staying in Manuel Antonio. It was arranged easily through our hotel and the service was wonderful. The facilities are lovely and listening to the rain while having our massages was so relaxing. Would definitely go back.

Our hotel called to arrange a couples massage and it was easily addressed over the phone including accepting our hotel's discount voucher. The location is easily found and very conveniently located - short distance from Quepos as well as from Manuel Antonio. The grounds are lush with greenery and very attractively maintained. We were received by one of our masseuses and invited to settle in and wind down with a glass of juice. The spa is beautifully decorated and maintains a natural and tranquil ambiance throughout. While relaxing prior to the massage you have an opportunity to identify on a paper diagram those areas where you are stiff, in pain etc. A feature adding to the thoroughness with which they approach serving you. The masseuses are excellent and very knowledgeable - they work every inch of every muscle in a room that is open to a garden. Couldn't ask for a more complete meeting of body and soul. By the end you feel such a heightened relaxed feeling throughout that you just want to go to sleep a siesta!!

My son and I were suffering from back and shoulder pains and we went to Raindrop Spa for the back and shoulder massage. What a relief!! We both felt a million times better. The surroundings are beautiful and tranquil--zen like. The staff was professional and thorough. I highly recommend this spa. I have tried others in Manuel Antonio, but this is the clear winner!

We had a group spa package at Raindrop. The staff was friendly, though not amazing English but we had a Spanish speaker with us! The menu is great, and they are well trained at massages/facials/scrubs. We had a fresh fruit and cheese platter served to us once we all finished our treatments, which was a great way to end the afternoon there.

I had a Vichy shower massage and a facial. I must say that the massage is the most memorable part of my vacation! Prices very reasonable with the excellent service you get. I would go there and recommend this place without hesitation.

I booked treatment for myself and friends. During my 'relaxing' body treatment friends of the owner decided to come by and admire her baby! It was very noisy, I mentioned this to my esthetician but it was not delt with either because she did not speak English or she did not want to criticize the owner. I booked a manicure as well and the manicurist did not show up! We were asked to get dressed. We started to do this when a group of 10 people on the way to what I guess was a yoga class walked through the garden. I put on a robe (too small) and ran across the hall to the bathroom to dress. This experience was very dissapointing as we were so looking forward to our spa.

I had a facial and a holistic pedicure. I enjoyed the facial and my skin looked great afterwards. I found it to be really good value for money. The pedicure was good but not outstanding and the holistic really only referred to a hot stone massage of the feet that wasn't that good. Over all a good experience, if I was in Quepos again I would visit again.

My wife and I had an adventurous trip in Costa Rica, with all the surfing and white water rafting. Raindrop Spa was the perfect way to end our trip. We chose the couples 2 hour massage and were blown away by the scenery, the staff, and the relaxing mental and physical feel of the whole experience. I stayed in Quepos/Manuel Antonio for 5 days recently and made an appointment at this spa. 3 of my friends also received treatments there the day before me and we all agreed the experience was great! I purchased their current special - an hour massage, facial, and body wrap for $125. The therapist was professional & gave a very good massage. I had never had a facial before, but for my first one, I felt it was very nice. I felt so refreshed and peaceful after the treatments, I wish I had a comparable facility near me here in the States. I feel you get a lot for your money at the Raindrop Spa. The open-air rooms and beautiful view into the garden & forest beyond was amazing.

I could not have dreamed of this experience! The massage therapist was so professional and my skin felt polished after the treatment. The vichy shower was so relaxing. If you are in the Manuel Antonio area of Costa Rica you have to experience the Raindrop Spa.

i went to costa rica with no itinerary at all--on holiday week for the costa ricans. this means hotel reservations, transportation, and everything else is difficult to lock down. i took public transportation from san jose to manuel antonio and promptly went to raindrop spa for a facial/massage/body wrap combo. best move i could have ever made. they pampered me, they took care of me, they made me into a better version of myself, all with no advance notice. i live in los angeles and i would equate the treatment i got at raindrop to any of our spas here--and you know we are known for our star quality.

My girl friend and I chose the Raindrop Massage combined with Sirodhara treatment in couples room for our trip. I visit spas on every vacation and in my own area at least monthly, and my experience at Raindrop Spa was by far and away the most uniquely relaxing spa experience I've ever had. The Raindrop massage was a full body massage while three shower heads rain down upon you in a very natural rain-like pattern. You select the temperature for your water before the massage starts, and let me tell you cool water raining down on you in the 100 degree weather only adds to the experience. The room where we had our massage was open to the beautiful courtyard with a picturesque rainforest background. It was really just like getting a massage during an afternoon rain shower in the middle of the jungle. Exquisite and so special! The Sirodhara treatment was a new one for me, but definitely something I would do again. The masuse slowly drips a variety of natural essential oils on your third eye, beginning with warm oils and ending in a cool eucalyptus oil, while giving you a scalp, shoulder, and neck massage. I have never been put into such a deep state of relaxation. It was truly a one of a kind experience. The setting of this spa is exquisite and so fitting of the beautiful scenery of Costa Rica. Raindrop Spa will truly offer an experience like none other.

The spa is so lovely that just sitting quietly and taking in the atmosphere is a treat. The open-air building lets in the rainforest; the Balinese decor is tasteful and inviting. I had a facial while listening to the sounds of birds and water - so soothing! The staff were very skillful, and they were careful to preserve the peacefulness of the entire experience. I can't imagine a more rejuvenating spa experience than Raindrop!

I was treated to the most luxurious massage and pedicure at Raindrop. The decor of the entire spa is so gorgeous, and the service is charming. The massage room was one of the prettiest I have experienced, with beautiful flowers swimming in a bowl under the face rest, and lovely scented oils that were not overpowering, just soothing. The pedicure was 5 stars- a very skilled beautician with wonderful hands. It was such fun to gaze out at the beautiful gardens with the monkeys playing in the trees and sneaking peaks into the spa. When I return to visit Costa Rica, Raindrop will be one of the motivations to stay in Quepos again. True Delight! Pura Vida!

I was treated to a massage and facial at the Raindrop Spa as a birthday present. Couldn't have been better. One of the best massages I've ever had (kudos to Marta). The facial was excellent as well. The setting and balinese decor are beautiful and very relaxing. My only criticism would be that during my massage my tranquil state was broken by the sound of someone stomping around on the floor above (I guess there are apartments above the spa). Easy to overlook as everything else was perfect.

I have been to the Rain Drop Spa 2 years in a row, when I stay at Manuel Antonio Estates. The Balinese decor is peaceful, and the quaintness of it makes you feel like you have the spa to yourself. The open doors that lead to a tropical garden makes your treatments all the more relaxing. Plus they tend to do your treatments all in one room, so you don't have to keep getting up and switching rooms. You can fall asleep to the blissful treatments you are receving. The staff are all excellent at what they do. I have not been disappointed. Their package prices CANNOT be beaten. I cannot wait to hopefully go back again.

The staff is very friendly and very good at what they do. The atmosphere is so relaxing and adds to the great massages or any other service you recieve there. I have traveled extensively in Costa Rica and visited many spas, but the Raindrop is a one of a kind treat! You will have a new standard of comparison after you visit this tranquil spot. Make it a "must" on your trip. You will not soon forget the experience!

My husband and I used the services of Raindrop Spa and one other highly-touted spa during our 10-day stay in Manuel Antonio. The facilities at Raindrop Spa were, by far, the better of the two. They used the natural settings to create a serene atmosphere that was entirely relaxing. Everyone spoke in whispers, and we felt the positive energy as soon as we exited the taxi. The botanicals used for the facials were superior to that of the other spa we attended. They thoroughly cleaned my skin and did not leave a residue. We both enjoyed our massages, which were tailored to our specific preferences. Also, their pricing gave you much more for your dollar, which was surprising, as they already surpassed their closest competitor in every other aspect. I feel that because they are closer to Quepos than Manuel Antonio, the Raindrop does not get the attention it greatly deserves.

I spent 2 months in Costa Rica this fall and when I was feeling a bit homesick, I made my mother come down and visit me from Canada. From all the trouble and expenses of her coming to visit, I thought I would treat her to a spa visit. We did a mother/daughter couples massage which was unbelievable. Marta is an amazing massage therapist! While relaxing the sun went down and we got to listen to the howler monkeys through the trees and the amazonian rainfall as the sun went down in the early evening. The spa is located in a beautiful setting from some of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica in Manuel Antonio Park and the spa is set up with the rooms opening up to the beautiful rainforest. It also offers yoga classes which I wish I could have attended. I would definitely go straight back there if I had the chance.

I visited Costa Rica on my honeymoon with my husband. I loved all that we did and saw in Costa Rica, but when people ask me about my favorite thing, I often say my time spent at Raindrop Spa was the best!!! I was super exhausted from the wedding and traveling and my 2 hours at the spa was so wonderful! I found it very convenient to book an appointment and the special spa package that I got was very affordable! I strongly recommend the Thai honey body wrap! The massage therapist was very professional and seemed very experienced. She did a great job, easily one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. The thing I loved the most about Raindrop was the calming atmosphere. I booked an afternoon appointment, hoping that it would rain while I was relaxing and it sure did! She left the doors open so it seemed as if I was right out in the rain! It was fantastic! I felt refreshed and revived the rest of my trip! Thank you so much, it was worth every penny!!
