    Remedi Spa features a decadent yet sophisticated look and feel. The spa encompasses eight treatment rooms as well as showers, steam rooms, relaxation room, and Vichy shower. The treatment menu changes seasonally, so new delights are constantly rotated in. Among these signature offerings are Remedi custom facials using SkinMedica pharmaceuticals and four-handed massages. Remedi also features the Da Vinci Room, a nail salon where spa manicures and pedicures are performed while guests luxuriate in custom-designed salon chairs.

I have found my place. This place is great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage my Michele and she has magic hands. She was amazing. I will go back to her every time from now on.

My friend and I made an appt for two 90 min massages and when we walked in having been there before they told us we were all checked in and if we knew where to go.. we said yes & we got undressed and put our robes on and went to relaxing rm since we were early. around 5 min after out appt and girl comes in and says "we tried calling u hrs ago to tell u we only have 1 person to do massage as other called in sick. After we waited and were told go right in. She said we tried calling you but no call was received or we wouldn't have went! They said we can split massage and wait around for the other person. She left while we decided & came back 15 mins later & asked what we wanted. We said don't want it and she got rude & rolled her eyes & manager never came in to apologize or even offer anything for THERE ERROR. Good business would have been manager who never told the girl what situation was from beginning should have talk to us and offered a discount or at least be nice about it. RUDE STAFF, gave us looks as we left.. I took the day off 2 go there and it was far away and get treated like that. If I was the owner I would never have my business operated like that! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Discount should have been offered for return

I've been going to remedi spa for six months and I have to say it the best by far on Staten Island. The staff is very professional, massage therapist are great. It's a very friendly atomsphere. If you haven't visited Remedi Spa, it's a must!!!

I dont know where you heard that my staff is not trained properly. My laser tech are trained by the laser company and they have a NYS license to perform any service for the face. All my employees are NYS License.

Roxana I did a lookup on my software and found only one Roxana B that visited my spa. That visit was in February 2007. Your reply here is in March of 2010. Any client that has a service performed must fill out a client information form.I believe you are here only to bash my establishment, I do not know who you are or what your motives are. I find it very unprofessional to do this if you are a competitor of Remedi Spa

I have been to so many day spas through out the US. By far this spa exceeds any expectations I ever had going into a day spa. I honestly did not expect much since the location is quite tucked away near SI's south shore. And it is located in what sort of looks like a mini strip mall. But as soon as you get past the small waiting area, through the first door, it is absolutely HEAVEN on Earth! It is very tranquil and elegant. The changing rooms are second to none. The relaxation room is absolutely adorable with the best cucumber water and little mini muffins. I have been there a handful of times for massage, facials, and manicures/pedicures and every therapist I've dealt with is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't give the same respect to the ladies who manage the front desk. They aren't straight forward rude, but let's just say they aren't as welcoming as I've come to expect from a day spa. But outside of this minor flaw, this place is A++.

I HAD THE WORST PAIN IN MY NECK AFTER THE SWEDISH MASSAGE I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. THE SERVICE IS PERFECT. BEST PLACE I BEEN TO AND WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE AND SEND PEOPLE THERE AS WELL.
