I wrote the original review and was quite surprised to see the response from a lady claiming to know me. To start with when I went, it was 10 o'clock on a Friday morning, so not sure what she is referencing about close to closure, also no male was in sight. It was one staff member with one lady in the chair, nobody else was around. I did not cause a scene and accepted what was said to me and left. Obviously, the salon has a history of making these types of comments if the reviewer felt it was me she was talking about. This just reinforces my original comments, must happen quite frequently.
I am the owner of Vixen Nails & Spa and have carefully read your review. I am sorry to hear how upset you are and extremely surprised by your comments as it is not a reflection of how we operate our business. We are committed to consistently providing exceptional customer service to all our clients and are humbled by the positive reputation our spa has worked very hard for. To clarify your concern about our ability to take walk-ins, we welcome the opportunity and have served hundreds of clients on a walk-in basis. We recommend our clients book an appointment to guarantee availability as our spa is often very busy. Our clients take advantage of our on-line booking system available at vixenspa.com or simply call the spa at their convenience.
I encourage you to contact the spa directly and ask to speak to the owner. Please make reference to your Spafinder review. We hope that you'll give us the opportunity to serve you so that you can enjoy the experience that thousands of our customers continue to have. We look forward to hearing from you!
