Verona Yoga and Wellness Center is a brand new studio in beautiful Verona, NJ. Our philosophy is to care for the whole body, mind and spirit to foster a happy healthy individual. We feel that yoga is for EVERYONE and here you will find a yoga class suited just for you - from the gentle yoga, to restorative, calming yoga class, to the invigorating power yoga class and everything in between.
