Cardio Tramp - 30 minutes on the Rebounder, the latest mini-trampoline class where you bounce down, not jump up. Your heart rate rises to a perfect level as your body has to breathe. Breathing along with the heart work to rid the body of stress and keep the heart muscle in shape too. Must have some cardio in our routines to keep the heart pumping.
