    We are a newly renovated studio specializing in group classes and one to one instruction. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We are equipped with 5 reformers, 5 wall units, 4 chairs, ped-o-pull, foot corrector, Barre, etc. Our instructors are certified in the Classical method plus we offer a BASI Mat class. Pilates Barre to be offered soon.
