Deep Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga
Every level is welcome to this all levels vinyasa (flow) class that combines dynamic breathwork, movement, and deep holds with a focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, alignment and posture. Poses are held for a longer time to delve deeper into our internal body and awareness. You will gain flexibility, as well as tone the whole body and build core strength, and will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized. |

108 is a highly auspicious number that is repeated throughout nature, science and various religions of the world. In this special practice, we will complete 108 Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutation A) sequences as an offering of peace, love and joy for the New Year before us. This 2 hour class is a donations class and will be led by Krista Boos. Class is capped at 20 students so pre-registration is highly recommended. |
