I have been going to Yoga by Julia for a year. Her studio is filled with positive energy and acceptance. She does not "over correct" any Yoga pose. She is gentle and encouraging. I started as a stiff beginner and can now do many poses I never thought I could do. I highly recommend her studio as a gift!
