The Baby Boomer Facial, one of the spa's signature treatments, is an aggressive facial peel that is given on a Thursday so that your skin has time to recover over the weekend to look great for work on Monday. The spa also offers microdermabrasion, makeovers, acupuncture, wedding party packages, and several types of massage. Facilities include a Vichy shower, a Thai herbal sauna, showers, and a relaxation room.

I went to Complexions for a haircut. The stylist made me wait for 45 minutes while she finished with her previous client. Since the salon is on Mass Ave, I was paying for parking the entire time she kept me waiting. When she finally did start my haircut she did a complete dry cut, which I found interesting. After she finished the cut, she was informed her next client was there so she didn't even bother with actually styling my hair. I guess she figured the blow drying prior to the cut counted as styling. The cut was horrible. I have actually cut my bangs better than what I walked out the door with...it looked like I allowed my 3 yr old to cut my bangs. Poor service and an even worse haircut. Needless to say I will never step foot in this salon again!

As with any new employee the first 90 days is a trial period. We are so sorry that your experience was not what you would have liked. This stylist was terminated as she was not a good fit for our salon.

I have been to Complexions several times over the last couple years, both for massages and for pedicures. I have always been pleased with the services that I have gotten. The spa is nice, although very small, with a quiet room where you wait for your treatment. The therapists and nail technicians have all been professional and very good at what they do. The facilities are not as plush as at some day spas, but they are comfortable and clean.

I have been to Complexions two times while traveling through Indianapolis. The service is wonderful and each time I have had a massage it has been wonderful. The massage therapist was very good at finding out what type of pressure that I needed.

I have had facials, pedicure, massage, and body wraps at this spa because it is so conveniently located. The only thing I'd recommend is pedicure. It is billed as a full service spa but the atmosphere makes you feel like it was a place you just go in and get out quickly. I would go back for convenience but not for relaxation.
