If you want to leave feeling worse then when you came in

I had purchased a Swedish Massage from Terra Acqua and the services and staff are unorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for a poor service provided. I made a reservation and called to confirm to make sure everything was correct; I received a call at 5pm the day before that the appointment would have to be altered because they did not have enough staff. During the massage I was in pain and expressed it by saying "ouch" and the therapist replied "yes," as opposed to stopping what she was doing. I asked to lessen the amount of pressure as well. I was in pain during the massage and thought it was just part of it and that it would go away. A week later my neck and back are in pain. I have had only one massage before this, but had not experienced anything like this. Now I have to see a doctor because the pain is affecting my activities of daily living. I do not recommend this spa unless you want to leave feeling worse then when you came in.
