The 5,3000 square-foot space features a fully functioning yet intimate fitness studio where guests can enjoy one-on-one personal training; a wellness classroom that can be utilized for group classes and parties, separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with showering facilities and a variety of amenities; a nail suite with three pedicure thrones and three manicure stations where natural nail services including shellac manicures are performed; a relaxation retreat overlooking the restored prairie and waterfall ponds for guest to relax before, after and in between their services; a couple’s suite attached to a dual steam shower where guests can receive services together; a more than two feet deep BubbleMassage bath with over 120 air jets; a single aromatherapy steam shower; four private massage rooms and three private facial rooms. The spa specializes in therapeutic massage but also offers relaxation massage, aromatherapy, facials, body treatments, liquid hair removal - waxing, manicures, pedicures, hydrotherapy, Zumba and personal training.

This is the only spa I go to now. I love the clean and quiet environment. I used to hit a spa that closer to to down town but I felt the hustle and bustle just outside. THis is located down a stretch of road just outside of Madison. Wonderful!

There are plenty of spas in the area, but so far none compare to Kneaded Relief. I took my husband here for a hot stone massage and I got the Relief Facial. We both felt like different people upon leaving. The relaxation room is wonderful before your entire experience. You get sandals and a robe, as well as a personal locker and locker key, then relax in this room with fruit water or tea looking out on some beautiful scenery. Then after 15 minutes your experience begins with your service. SOooooo Wonderful and truly wonderful staff.

Pregnancy massage was heaven!

I had a 60 minute pregnancy massage and I didn't want to leave! The staff made me feel comfortable (even though in my 8th month I wasn't!) and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I loved the relaxation room and the massage therapist was great and gave me a lot of pointers to aliveate my pain. I can't wait to go there again!

My experience at this spa was so relaxing that I felt like I just got back from a week-long vacation rather than an afternoon at the spa. First, the spa is located just outside Madison, so you really feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but really don't have to travel far at all. Second the relaxation room and nail studio have large windows with beautiful and relaxing views of a restored prairie, which makes it seem like a vacation. They have a really extensive selection of packages and services on their website with greatly monthly and seasonal specials. There is definitely something exciting and indulgent for everyone's tastes. I had the "Sports Relief Package," which included a 60 min. massage, express facial, manicure, and bubble massage bath. Every service was excellent. The staff was very nice, personable, and friendly. I was extremely relaxed when I left, and my experience was a lot of fun. I've recommended this spa to all my friends and can't wait to go back!
