I just got a simple manicure and the girl, Giovanna I believe was her name, did a great job. We had a good conversation as well, she was easy to talk to. I decided, after my manicure was finished, to get my upper lip waxed by Giovanna. I got to see the rest of the place and it looks very relaxing and they even had a little sitting area with a mini stove (I believe it was electric, made to look like a wood-burning). It is very likely that I will return to this place in the future.

After a few stressful months arriving at Tips and Toes was just the perfect mini getaway!! The staff was amazing! The massage was firm and gentle, the atmosphere so serene and calming, all the services were great. I plan to become a regular there!

This is definitely the place to go if you want to relax, look great and feel great. When my cousin visits from out of state she always asks me to book her various services here. She has tried them all! The staff are wonderful and attentive as well as highly skilled. My favorite is the pedicures, facials and massages. Tips to Toes definitely makes each visit a wonderful experience!

I recently made a trip to Tips-to-Toes with two friends for pedicures. We were able to sit with each other, chat and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying our service. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the owner took the time to greet us and make sure we all enjoyed ourselves. An altogether pleasant girl's night out! -Kathy-

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples massage for our anniversary - and it was great. It was nice and relaxing and the service was wonderful. He must have enjoyed it because he surprised me with another one for Valentine's Day!! It was a nice treat!! I have also had pedicures and the staff is very professional and accommadating!! Would definitely return!!

The spa is a little out of my way, but definately worth the trip. The staff really makes you feel welcome and right at home. I have enjoyed pedicures, waxing and massages. I also love the product selection.

The calming surroundings, attentive staff and fabulous treatments made me feel truly relaxed and rejuvenated! I can hardly wait to visit again!

Just relocated from California and visited this spa on one of there Spa Deal Days and received a 50-minute massage. Loved it and would definitely go back even without the Deal. The Staff was very warm, welcoming and the atmosphere very relaxing. (Two-thumbs up)!

Well, when I first walk in exactly at the time of my appointment, the girl who is supposed to do my eyebrows in talking to someone for 10 minutes. Then I tell her the wax is way too hot and it never gets any cooler. So I end up having horribly red swollen eyebrows and I ask her if its bad and she goes "oh no your not red at all!" And I was! So red and swollen, it is still a little swollen the day after. Then the receptionist goes its not that bad. But it really was. I would appreciate the honesty. They gave it to me complimentary but not worth what ending up having to my eyebrows. Worst first time spa experience ever.

I am an avid spa goer usually having treatments every 3-4 weeks. I like to try different spas and decided to try out From Tips to Toes for a facial and pedicure. Although the therapist was nice, the services were very average. The tables they have are not the nice cushy heated ones.. they were rather narrow and uncomfortable. The facial itself was definitely the worst facial I every received and the massage part of it was terrible. The staff member seemed knowledgeable but it wasn't executed nicely. To top things off, they do not accept tips on credit cards. Unfortunately, they do not tell you this when you book the appointments. They do not tell you this when they send your appointment confirmations and they do not tell you when you check in. They only tell you when you are checking out and trying to pay. The manager didn't seem to care much and apologized to me for the inconvenience but I told her to apologize to her employee. She said she is trying to figure out a way to put a disclaimer on her confirmation. TRY HARDER! This is a very big deal and important to tell people as most spas take tips on credit cards and people don't carry around as much cash these days as in the past. I would never go back to From Tips to Toes not only for the blah average treatments but also for the lack of courtesy and treatment of the staff.

I have been to this spa twice now. The first time was just for a pedicure and it was really good. They took their time and didn't rush. The second time I went was for a massage. The massage was really good, but it seemed as if the walls were paper thin because I could hear noise outside the room. I haven't experienced that at other spas in the area. This wouldn't be my top pick to return to, but if there were a special going on, I wouldn't be opposed!

I got a 1 hour sweedish massage and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very calming . Can't wait to go back again!

I recieved an Aroma European Facial, Raw Earth Pedicure, and a One Hour Swedish Massage. The Facial was excellent! The tech (Candace is her name?) analyzed my skin to the T, and concentrated on my problem areas. They use Yon-Ka skincare, which I LOVE!!! Everything smelled great, and felt even better. After my facial I wa re-robed and brought into a relaxation room filled with leather couches, soft music and delectable tea. Next was my massage (with Stephanie) who worked out all the left over kinks. Her hands were magic. Finally my pedicure was great. The whirlpool tubs with rolling massagers in the chair was something i have never had before. The pedicure was one hour long! Most places are 30 mins but not there. The staff was very attentive and you could sense that everyone is friendly and get along great. I felt very at home and comfortable. Their personalities were fun and light. This spa comes highly recommended. Not too big, not too small, and you're catered to by everyone. I will be back soon!
