Lynn, I am sorry that you had a negative experience at my salon. I invite you to return and I will gladly perform your pedicure myself free of charge. We are not a "walk-in" salon and you called last minute. I wanted to give you and your friend an opportunity to have a good service and time together. It was a very busy day at the salon and looking back, I should have told you that we could not accomodate you. Money was not the driving factor though, as shown by the fact that I only charged you for one pedicure. The girl who did the one pedicure is young and does not have a lot of experience which is why I gave you that one free of charge. When I asked your friend about the quality of her technician's work at check out, she said it was good. She voiced no complaints. So, I thank you for your review and it has helped me to become an even place to continue the work that has brought us so many wonderful reviews.

Before you form your opinion about me and my spa I invite you to look at all my reviews both here and on my website. www.alwayspretty.com. Anyone who has worked with the public knows that there are always two sides to every story. My recollections are very, very different than my clients'. This woman did suffer an adverse reaction to her chemical peel despite the fact that her intake form gave no indication that she would be sensitive to the peel. When I asked her if her skin was sensitive, she said, "I don't think so". When I saw that her skin was reacting in a more aggresive way than normal, I immediately neutralized and removed the peel and followed up with a soothing mask. By the time she left she told me that her skin was not burning. Later, when her mother called, I called the company and asked the rep. to call my client then call me back. That afternoon I called my client to see how she was doing and she told me it was feeling better. I showed due diligence in dealing with her treatment before, during and after the facial. I have since returned all her money along with a letter expressing sympathy for what she endured. I invite you to call me if you have any questions or concerns. 610-282-1888
