Everyone on staff was nice but it was obvious they were anxious students. They forgot one of my services but when pionted out, it was quickly corrected. The spa was clean and services were done promptly. I would recommend this for anyone who is patient and understanding. If you are expecting the perfect pampering experience, you may prefer to more expensive, more experienced spa.

The staff was extremely nice. The therapist skipped my favorite pars of my massage, my feet and hands...she was good, but skipping my feet during a full body massage is a big mistake to me. The massage was short as well, only lasting 40 minutes instead of the usual 50-55 minutes.My stylist was great. She did an awesome job of cutting and then perming my hair. It took forever, but she made it look exactly like I wanted it too. I would definitely get my hair done there again!

I had a facial a few weeks ago for a gift to myself. The student was new and very good. I appreciated how she didnt start conversations. I didnt feel like I had to get to know her or her life outside the spa.Thanks Lindsey G. (her name tag)

I have been here multiple times and have had aromatherapy, salt scrub and massages. The students all did a very good job and the price is the best in town. I always request a woman, but they have male masseuses too.

I have received several massages from La James. I only had one I didn't completely enjoy, it was the hot stone massage. Most of the time was spent moving the rocks different places and warming them up again. Other than that one I have loved every other massage. The students are always friendly and good at what they do. The atmosphere is very relaxing and high class looking for a college.

The massage was great and so was the facial I received. Keep in mind that this is a college so the services offered are done by students ranging in their experience. The atmosphere was heavenly and very relaxed. The only "bad" part of the experience is that the reception area is hectic and does not seem to be organized. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but not too long.Overall, great experience!
