Get Hooked on Barre! Leave your tutus at home, but get the same effective workout of a dancer at the barre, using exercises inspired from ballet, Pilates and body sculpting. Boone's Barre classes are detailed we follow basic formulas yet change the content periodically to keep you challenged. Alternating exercises layered with precision and stretching, you will use your own body weight, weighted gloves, balls and stretch bands for resistance. The class will sculpt, strengthen and lift your body while giving you the grace and elegance any dancer would be jealous of. This class is an Open level class. Variations will be given to suit your ability.(effort: M - Medium Intensity)
