Lavender Fields Day Spa

Although I have had positive spa services, I have felt a bit rushed and the atmosphere is extremely noisy! It is often difficult to get into and out of the spa. I must say my most positive experience was with a reflexology massage with Susan, who sadly has left to a massge center in Bristol. Wish it were a bit most peaceful!

I have visited this spa frequently over the past few years for various services, such as pedicures, massages, manicures, and more. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing, the complimentary sauna is lovely, all the staff are very nice and interested in making your experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and the services have all been fantastic. A gift certificate to Lavender Fields has become a default great gift for all the women in my family, and my sister, mother and I are always extremely happy and relaxed when we leave. The prices are not bad considering the quality and relaxing atmosphere that all of them include. Furthermore, it is a nice touch that they offer light refreshments and encourage you to relax often throughout your stay. I can't say enough about this day spa.

My boyfriend and I visited this spa a few months ago for a couples' massage. We were rushed into the changing room where a complimentary sauna was offered. The whole procedure was a bit confusing but after about a 10 minute stay in the sauna, we were met by our massage therapists who had us bring out things up to the massage room.My massage with Lisa was wonderful! She used the right amount of pressure and was able to work out some stubborn knots. My boyfriend thought his massage was just ok though. I would definitely return to this spa to have massages specifically from Lisa. The complimentary sauna is also a nice touch.

Atmosphere was ok. I would have rather changed into a robe before waiting as opposed to doing it in the massage room. Massasge therapist was good, but the room was cold and you could hear all the traffic outside. Not very relaxing. Had to wait a long time for my pedicure, then you could tell she was rushing through it. I was in and out with my pedicure AND manicure before the woman next to me had even started getting her toes painted. The paint job on my fingers and toes was bad. I ended up taking it off when I got home. I suggested she use a newer bottle (because the one I had was obviously old and drying out) but she continued anyway. As my nails were drying, she seemed inattentive, and another employee ended up taking over spraying my nails while she worked with her own client.Overall my experience was average. I had a good massage and a not so good mani/pedi. I could have gotten a better experience for the same price elsewhere.

I have had both a hot stone massage and a pedicure at this spa. The hot stone massage was amazing and the woman really knew what she was doing. As for the pedicures, all the girls that I went with were not too impressed with our pedicures. But I definitely recommend massages for this spa.

Is been a couple of years, I went to this spa for a facial, the next day I notice some skin burns in my face and I called the spa to get a recommendation on how to treat this issue, the owner was so rude and didn't even apologized for the bad service, the least to say I would never go back, there are plenty of other good spas in the area.

I love this spa! I get a pedicure and manicure every few months here, and they even gave me a FREE facial for being one of their top 100 customers!!! They give the best pedicures, they are expensive, but WELL worth every penny. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and it's a relaxing atmosphere. I love Lavender Fields!!!

I absolutely LOVE this spa!!! I can't wait to come back!!! This really helped with my fibromyalgia pain!!!!
