Spa D'aroma

I am a teacher and was very much looking forward to our Spring Break vacation. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to get the week off so we had to cancel our plans. He suggested that I book a spa day to make up for it (He told me that I deserve a vacation and who am I to argue). Boy, it really did!! I had a day 11am-5:30pm dedicated to me. The lunch was delicious as well. I can't wait to book appointments for my mom and sister.

My husband & I have been for massages, herbal wraps, steam capsule, manicures & pedicures. We enjoyed it ALL. It is our favorite spa in the metroplex and we have been to a lot of spas, so don't pass this one up. Also, their prices are much more reasonable than any other spa.

My mother and I have been going to the owner since before she opened this spa and love her so much she came to my wedding. Not only do we look much younger than we are, but she has taken off 10 years of age with her treatments on my mother and kept me wrinkle free.The spa capsule is a treatment not to be missed if you want a different exfoliation experience. My perfect day at this spa starts with a milk bath, then a facial (I normally just get a mini teen facial even though I am almost 30 and it is wonderful) treatment, lunch, capsule exfoliation treatment ending with a massage.The prices are wonderful (especially for Southlake) and I recommend the compressed powder from the Jane Iradell cosmetic line she sells there, it lasts forever and has amazing coverage.I have never felt pressured to purchase a single item there, and if you are just tell them no and they will be polite and stop. As for the other review, if you don't like the way your nails turned out you should have said something and it would have been redone. I would do that at this spa if it ever happened to me but it hasn't and not saying anything says you liked it enough to pay for it.I am looking forward to returning in two weeks with my mother to experience their prenatal massage!

I visited this spa for a mani and pedi only. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had. It was nothing more than a foot soak and polish. The manicure was a bigger joke. The owner/manicurist was giving all her attention to selling additional products and failed to notice that she had not even painted any of my nails completely. That may have been fine had she used more than one coat of polish. She did not apply a topcoat either.I am extremely disappointed in the services received here. I went for the most basic spa service and they could not get that right. I will NEVER return.
