No big deal
I received a gift card to Sundays last summer for my birthday. While it was not my spa of choice, I thought I would give it a shot. I finally made an appt in october. I invited my sister to go and get pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. There was quite a long wait, and we were the only two there for pedi's. the lobby is stuffy and bland while the receptionist was also very dull. When we were seated, the lady turned on the water and we waited another 10-15. Then, she began working on my feet. Another 5 minutes later another woman started on my sister. The small room for nails and makeup was uncomfortable and it was hard to communicate with my sister. Nail polish selection was terrible! I chose a last season (at the time) Essie color as that was the best option. Now, months later I am prepping for flip flop weather and my toe nails still have ridges from the hack job the girl did on my feet, and have barely grown at all. I have always had decent toes but the nails now just look thin and bumpy. Upon checkout the girl told me my total was $80! What! So, I hand over my gift card($75) and debit card while having a small heart attack. Then she tells me that was for both of us, after she already scanned both of MY cards.
