Last week, I had a 60 minute custom massage with Josh Nunes. It was a great experience and a great way to start the weekend. There is nothing better than going to Vitality Spa and relaxing in the waiting area with a cup of hot tea and a neck wrap before a massage. Josh did a fabulous job and I felt the stress of the week melt away within minutes. I highly recommend getting a massage from Josh. I will definitely be back for another.

I finally found the time to pamper my feet tonight with a Vitality Spa Pedicure. The staff was very welcoming and Cheryl took real good care of my tired toes so that by the time I left, my feet were soft as silk. I bought a series of 3 to get one free and look forward to my next visit. Susan D.

I have gotten a massage and manicure here and this establishment is very relaxing and serene. When I went to get my massage it was amazing ties with my first one. My aunt told me when I got my first ever madsage in North Carolina that I was spoiled because that women was Good. The manicure was probably the best manicure I have ever had. Jaci DiMare

I had a wonderful facial with Genevieve Springer at Vitality Spa. This was the third time I have visited her at Vitality and I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. While waiting for my facial, I enjoyed a piping hot cup of tea in the calming waiting area, which helped me to relax and forget all my troubles from the day. The facial was pleasant and rejuvenating. Immediately upon leaving I noticed a big difference in my skin. I will definitely be returning!

My facial was given by Genevieve Springer, which I truly enjoyed. I left Vitality Spa feeling relaxed and beutiful! I hadn't had a facial in over 5 years, and I was very pleased with the facial given by Genevieve. Genevieve was ver conscienctious, making sure I was aware of what products she was applying to my face. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times. After the facial she offered guidance as to how often I should have a facial, and she also guided me towards facial/skin products, which I ended up purchasing. I went in yesterday for the fall/winter facial with Mena and it was incredible. My skin feels so much better. I had one in November and am very glad I made another appointment for after the holidays. My advice would to not buy a gift card or special here. I called to book a facial and talked to the owner. I left her know that my sister-in-law had paid ahead for a facial and asked what kind of facial and she said "the gift certificate is for the 60 minute Vitatlity facial" and she booked me. So, I was treated very kindly when I arrived and checked in, had a very nice facial by Jackie and went to leave a tip. When I went to the desk they said they could not find the gift certificate in the system and that I would have to pay for the facial, but that they'd talk to the manager to get things straightened out when I explained I'd talked to Christina and she had confirmed she saw my certificate in the system for the facial. I finally had to give them my credit card, but was certain it would be figured out the next day and that my account would be credited. Instead Meg called me to let me know that "yes" Christina had found the certificate in the system, but claimed it was expired and let me know I wouldn't be getting the money back they'd charged to my card. They also suggested last night charging my sister-in-laws credit card for the facial if they had her information on file. I don't even think that's legal?

I bought a Groupon to try this spa and was very happy with the service. I received a heated neck pad while I was waiting. Josh did a great job, asking me what areas I might need work on. The heated table and warm oil were amazing on a cold rainy day. I feel so relaxed and pampered. I already made another appt to see him again.

I found a massage deal on Groupon and was pleasantly surprised to find that the location was so close. I literally drove by it and never noticed it was there. The inside is nicely decorated with a feeling of warmth. The massage was great and the therapist really found the knots, which allowed me to relax even more. Upon leaving, I booked 2 more massages and purchased 3 more. Enjoy.

I went to the Vitality Wellness Spa for my first waxing and was surprised and relieved to find how quick and pain-free it was! A waxing only taxes about 10 minutes, and it's a good idea to show up a little early to partake in the wonderful assortment of herbal teas the spa has to offer before the session. I highly recommend Cheryl, who is very friendly and easy-going, which makes a potentially uncomfortable experience completely relaxing and stress-free. The service at VW Spa is excellent and I will definitely be back!

Over the weekend, I had a manicure and pedicure with Jenna Jankowski. The experience exceeded my expectation. Unlike a nail salon, Vitality Spa provides nail services in comfortable quiet rooms, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Jenna was friendly and professional and did a wonderful job. I have been going to Vitality Welness for a few years and each time I go to VW I have an amazing experience. I have tried almost all of VW's services and I have to say that each of them have been great. I don't have one specific person that I go to because I feel like they are all awesome. Wow...where do I start? A REAL spa experience from the moment you walk in. You're welcomed with a warm mug of herbal tea, slippers, and a heated neck pad while being welcomed into their spa lounge. The staff is beyond professional and caring of your needs and spa experience. I saw Rachel for a massage and my Aunt was with Mena - we were both VERY happy with their work! I've been to a lot of different spas around the country and even owned a salon with a spa...Vitality really knocks it out of the park. THANK YOU for a fantastic experience!!

I've been getting a massage at Vitality once a month since I first went there on a Groupon almost a year ago! I have to say that Lori is by far the best masseuse I have had bar none! The first time I got a massage from her, I stopped spa shopping. I haven't looked back and despite the wondrous spa and massage Groupon & LivingSocial coupons, I haven't felt the need to go anywhere else.

After a hectic week of getting ready for my son's wedding, I decided that I needed a facial to energize me. They treated me like a queen. The women were very professional and I had a blast. While I was there I also decided to get the bronze spray tan, an eyebrow wax and I have an appointment for them to do my makeup for the wedding. I loved the convenience and they were able to fit me in right away. I walked out of The Vitality Spa feeling and looking 10 years younger. I can't wait to go back.

My 1st ever professional massage and spa experience was at Vitality. From my 1st visit to the website, to the 1st phone conversation w/Christina, I knew instantly Vitality was indeed the place for me. As soon as I arrived before I even entered the spa, I could feel my senses immersed by the aroma of essential oils and felt instant calm which grew even more intense with every step closer to the door. Not knowing quite what to expect, Christina welcomed me and was prepared for my visit. I enjoyed some refreshing cucumber water before my massage and proceeded to the Migun bed where I felt a sensation like I was riding an ocean wave of jade rollers up and down my spine from head to toe while listening to relaxing music. Jenn, my therapist is AMAZING! During the Focus Tension massage, she works out the muscles in my neck and releases all of the pain and stored tension there. I love the Detoxifying Seaweed Infusion and the Blissful Steam Canopy, and the warm towels on my feet too! I highly recommend these and especially the Volcanic Stone Massage. Stones are the perfect temperature which make this the ultimate experience! The ambiance of the spa as well as the personal, professional knowledge of all the staff is second to none. I almost forgot to mention the ear candling - wow. Truly a holistic spa, it is intense therapy for my body, mind and spirit.You can feel tension melt away and toxins being released as I enjoy practicing yogic breathing during my massage. Each visit is a unique and new experience even if I have previously had that same particular service there. I love further relaxing and taking in my experience with a delicious cup of herbal tea after my treatment relaxing in my robe and slippers. Vitality's fantastic location is so easy to get to from anywhere, as it is close to the North Shore & Merrimack Valley without having to go into Boston.
