I have been thrilled with the quality of service I have received at this salon. Maher is the best stylist ever!!! He is extremely talented and beyond professional.

So glad I had a gift card and didn't spend my money here. Had a facial which was mediocre, the girl talked the whole time. Slightly unprofessional. My manicure was the worst I've ever had. My polish has peeled on three nails already (just had this done 5 hrs ago), is all over my fingers, the conversation was gossipy teenage stuff, and not ONE nail is painted well. Then when I was leaving a tip at the end, both technicians were standing there. It was awkward. The prices here are laughable when compared to the service. Try the Aveda salon in cool springs instead. Much classier.

LOVE my stylist!!!!
I looked for the longest time to find a stylist that I absolutely could NOT live without ...and I finally found him!! His name is Maher. I have short, fine hair and can't trust it to just anyone. Maher takes the time to get to know you and the look you desire ...then makes it happen. No matter how hard of a challenge I bring him, he always exceeds my expectations. Everything about my visit is special, from the time I enter the salon to the time I leave. I love my visits because I get so pampered. Outstanding job, Maher and staff!

Fantastic Spa Experience
I moved to Spring Hill three years ago from Philadelphia and was sad to leave my fabulous massage therapist who I had been seeing for ages. I have had dozens of mediocre massages in Franklin, Nashville, Murfreesboro, etc. I am so glad I have finally found a fantastic Aveda spa right here in my own home town. I left feeling better then I have ever felt and smelling fantastic. Lauren, my massage therapist, used the perfect amount of pressure and seemed to know where all my problem areas were even if I forgot to mention one. The added hot towels and all the scents just made the experience all the better. I will be back for a massage and to try out the hairstylists as soon as next week! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a massage, facial, and shampoo and blow dry. Everyone went out of their way to pamper me and the services I received were incredible. I can't wait to go back again! Love this place!

Good and Bad
Good... I have had multiple massages at this location and it has been phenominal every time. I leave so relaxed and refreshed that I can't wait for my next appointment. Bad.... I made an appointment for a mani/pedi before I went on vacation and the manicure was horrible. The tech did not even trim my cutilcles, he cut my nails and semi shaped them. I brought my own color and he didn't like that at all. Tried to talk me out of it and wanted to use one of his. We even argued about it. The pedicure was a little better but he talked about the other employees the whole time that I couldn't even relax and enjoy the treatment. I will never get another treatment in this so called spa unless it is a massage. That is about the only thing they are good at.

Had a great experience!
Two of my best friends and I went here together in August 2010 and we had a terrific time! I wanted to make it a special experience since I was visiting from out of town and we don't get to see each other enough; the manager corresponded with me via email to try to get each of us the services we wanted within the same time period so we would all finish together and be able to have our pedicures together. The manager was out of the country on vacation, and still was emailing back and forth with me to give us a wonderful experience! We each had 3 services; between the 3 of us we had the full body wrap, eye zone wrap, essential back treatment (pure heaven), manicure and pedicure. Each of us was very pleased with the staff as well as the specific treatment. We felt really welcome while we were there, and very relaxed when we left. Highly recommended!

Customer service needs some work
I have been here several times and have had everything from a facial, massage, manicure, cut, color, pedicure. The only complaint I have is there customer service could use some work. I have driven 45 min to get my massage only for them to tell me it was cancelled (I did not receive a call). The manager offered me a ten dollar discount after several phone calls however the place is very expensive so it was only insulting. Then when I went to redeem the discount they hadnt kept track of it so I never received it. Another time a woman had been waiting over an hour for her stylist only to find out that she had left for the day and forgot about her appointment, which wouldn't have been a big deal if the receptionist had told her. However, I have had great experiences there.I had the best massage of my life there, even if it did cost me. Their color does not fry my hair either. So I suggest trying it but keep your schedule flexible!

Sometimes good sometimes not so good
I've been going to this spa for about 2 years now and I've had my ups and downs. It is so close to my home and I love the Aveda products so this should be a win win for me. The first few times I went to have my hair color/highlights were no problem but when I wanted to switch things up a bit...disaster and my hair actually turned purple...4 hours after I walked in the door I walked out looking great. My nerves however were another story. I was able to find the right stylist here after a few visits and everything went perfectly for a year! A few months ago I noticed the website no longer worked and you cannot view the service menu online. Not a problem they emailed it to me but strange. Then in early October I showed up for my appointment only to find out that the new person working the front desk had "forgotten to call me to tell me the stylist had called in sick". This is after I took off work 3 hours early to get an appointment on a Friday before leaving to go out of town for a week. They put me with another woman and I asked just for color not a cut as she had not cut my hair before I didn't want to risk it. Now I'm finding out that she left the salon. Just very frustrating not sure if I will return I hope things change

Can't wait to go back!
I must say I was reluctant to try them after reading a couple of previous reviews but it's close to home and they were able to get me in for a last minute cut so decided to risk it. I was treated like an absolute queen from the moment I walked in. I was offered something to drink while I waited for my appt and was given a complimentary hand massage that was fabulous. I was then given a tour of the facility which was very impressive. My stylist, Whitney, was awesome. She made suggestions and even the hair wash was relaxing and very comfortable. This place is a class act without the snobery you might expect. I'll be back. PS- they had no idea how I was going to pay and I don't believe would have treated me any different whether I had a gift card or credit card. It was a wonderful experience!

My experience at Natural Oasis was without a doubt the worst salon/spa experience I have ever had. This place is attractive to the eye but that's where it ends. The manicure/pedicure I received was very mediocre and nowhere near a "spa experience." The manicurist was rude, rushed me through and did bad job on top of it. That was not what I call relaxing. My cut and color were awful too. I don't think orangey/brassy blonde is a color the last time I checked. My cut is nothing like I asked for either. The stylist seemed very inexperienced to me for the prices that are being charged. I wanted to complain to the owner but saw that she was already tied up with someone else complaining as I left. I guess that was not a good sign. The owner's attitude toward the unhappy guest was very rude and matter of fact. I left and just vowed to never go back again!

Not a spa experience.
After receiving about $200 in Spafinder GC's, My mother, daughter, and I went to this spa for manicures and pedicures. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and had made it easy to make a reservation, but the two ladies who did our nails acted the whole time as if we were idiots. The pedicure it's self was nice. We were in a separate room from the rest of the spa (hair salon) with comfortable pedicure chairs, great lighting and relaxing music. when it came time for the manicures, the ladies taking care of us acted as thought they couldn't wait to get done. My daughter had her nails clipped and painted. I had a short hand massage, my nails were trimmed, and painted. My mother had about the same experience as I. We were charged for 3 manicures. When I asked the girl who was doing my nails her opinion of my new haircut, she laughed and suggested I have the girl doing my mom's nails cur it next time. Upon leaving, we found that most of mom's nails were either smudged or not painted fully. Her polish stared chipping off in the car on the way home. When my nails had been trimmed, none of them were shaped. Some were short, while others were left long. 3 of them were lopsided. When I mentioned to the technicians that we were there because of the GC's, they explained that they didn't get paid nearly as much when we used the gift certificates. When I went to tip them after we were done, I found them outside smoking. Overall, I was very disappointed and I will never go back there again. Even though the Pedicure was good, it did not make up for the other disappointments. I wouldn't suggest wasting your money or your gift certificate here. This was not a spa experience.

The staff is so nice and make sure you always know what is going to happen next, if your having several treatments, as well as while your in your treatment that you have not experienced before. I was relaxed and very pleased with my treatments. I will be back very soon!!!!
