Vito Mazza Salon & Day Spa

I had gone to Vito Mazza a few days before my wedding day to get my eye brows professionally done. The wax was too hot and had burnt my eyebrow and it looked terrible. The manager apologized and offered to do my make-up for free on my wedding day. I took them up on the offer, but the makeup artist used so much make-up and eye shadow to cover it up, that I looked nothing like myself on my wedding day.

I have used the spa services here and it's OK. It is very noisy when you are trying to relax because the hallway is small and you can hear everything through the door. The relaxation room is small, but OK. If you are looking for a close to home spa, this is it. I would only go back if I had a deal for the services.

The minute you enter Vito Mazza Salon and Day Spa, you are greeted by the warm, friendly staff. The spa offers a tranquility room, where you can relax before or after your spa services and enjoy a glass of water or hot tea. The spa side is so quiet, you would never know the salon is in the same building (unlike other places I have been to). The bathrooms and changing rooms are immaculate. CJ is an excellent esthetician. Her custom facials have truly transformed my skin. The facial package allows me to save money on my facials. I have never received as many compliments about my haircut and highlights until Vinny started cutting my hair. He's great! Vinny takes the time to make sure that I am okay with his suggestions for both the haircut and highlights even before he touches my hair. Because of the rewards program, I earned a free haircut. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Vito Mazza for massages for almost a year, and I am very happy with their services. They are very nice and helpful, and the spa area is nice. They have lockers where you can put your things, two bathrooms and a dressing room. The bathrooms have showers and lots of toiletries that you can use. Very nice touch. Before and after your massage, you can go to the Tranquility room in the back of the spa, which they just did over. It is nice - they have tea and ice water, and there is nice, calm music playing. Krisztina is the massage therapist I go to, and I am very happy with her - she listens to what I ask for and makes sure I am always comfortable with the pressure, temperature, etc. I will keep going back!

Asked the stylist for a trim, specifically told her about an inch off..and what did she wind up doing? She cut off about 4 inches and I'm not exaggerating. I was very displeased but did not say a word. I paid my bill, walked out and would never go back. I'm sure there are many trustworthy hairstylists here but one bad event and that changed my whole view of the salon. My hair is too precious to have somebody just chop off and not even listen to my preferences.

I went to Vitto Mazza because of their reputation and had previously tried their spa services and was happy with the services. This time, I tried their salon for a spiral perm. I asked for a senior designer with experience in perms and they gave me Cathy. Cathy was meticulous and the spiral perm came out fantastic (after a few days when it had a chance to relax). The first 2 days after washing, I thought I had made a mistake since my hair was too poofed out with the curls but after a couple of washes the perm relaxed and looked beautiful! It was natural looking with well defined curls. Every hair (and I have a lot!) took the curl beautifully. My first perm at another salon didn't take the curl well on the bottom of my head. I would definitely go back when it's time for a redo!

I loved the treatment.

My daughter and I went to Vito Mazza- she had a land and sea body wrap and milk and honey pedicure while I had the winter hydrating facial and milk honey pedicure. The facial was great. Renee was very informative and adjusted the facial to meet my sensitive combination skin. My face felt so smooth and refreshed. The pedicure with the leg massage put me to sleep. My daughter loved her first body treatment. We both enjoyed ourselves since the spa staff was so friendly and accommodating. Now I see what all the hype is about. They charge reasonable prices with good service. I only wish they had a vichy shower.

This place was very nice but slightly pricey.

I LOVE Vito Mazza!!! There is no other spa like it. From day one I have received excellent treatment with my hair color, cut, pedicures & manicures, facials and massages. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for the best quality and service from a spa. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I got married and moved to TX 14 months ago but I still can't let go of Vito Mazza. No other spa compares to it and none every will!

It was the best experience ever. My first time, everyone was so nice and frendly. I even got my mom a mother's day gift certificate to the spa and she loved it. I would definetly recommend the Vito Mazza Salon & Spa.....

I took a chance using a spa finder gift card my husband purchased for me to get a hair cut and highlights. Having never been to the salon before and being quite particular about my color and cut I had my appointment with Luz and it was AMAZING!!!! She listened to my likes and dislikes and made suggestions indicating she actually HEARD what I had to say. I am looking forward to my next cut and highlights with Luz in June!!!!

I am hooked on the lavendar aromatherapy massage, averaging about once a month for past 6 months. This is after having 1 massage in my whole life. The people are great, the atmosphere is very relaxing, the services are affordable. They also do a wonderful job in the salon, recently switched to a stylist there after going to same person for 20 years. They are also socially responsible, often hosting events for charity and they will handle Locks for Love type cuts for you and take care of all of the details.

Loved all this Spa had to offer in one location. Each location has it's privacy atmosphere. Very inviting and professional.

I've been to Vito Mazza about 4 or 5 times. They have a pretty tranquil room you can sit in and have a drink or a snack while you wait for your treatments. Decent shower and lockers.

This place is wonderful, the staff are friendly and they really work with you to squeeze in extra treatments or rearrange your schedule to match a friends'. The body glow is amazing, it makes your skin so soft and smooth- the first thing my husband said when he picked me up was 'let's go home and touch you.' The spa pedicures are wonderful and relaxing and the waxing technician made my uneven eyebrows look amazing- literally the best they've ever looked and it lasted for weeks (people kept telling me I looked younger!!) It's a little out of the way but worth the trip, I don't go anywhere else.

Ever since finding this hidden gem in my "backyard" I havent' gone anyplace snce. The hair stylists are wonderful; -- truly professional and trained on the latest products and techniques. I get a quality hair cut and color job every time and they work with you to create a unique look that's right for you. The skin care specialists are also fantastic. They always come up with acustomized solution for your particular needs and best of all, they are so hoenst about what maintanance products you need vs. what's not necessary (in other words, they don't try to sell you the entire line just so they can make a commission). This spa is worth every penny, and lest I forget the support staff -- the hostesses, the assistants, etc., all of whom do everything they can to make your experience well worth the time. My only gripe -- and it's minor -- parking can be tough to find there if you visit the spa between the hours of 11:30 and 1:30 because there are several restaurants and the spa shares its primary parking lot with two of them.

I was just searching for a place to replace my old hairstylist (after she relocated). I figured I give the place a try and I haven't stop going back. After my first experience, I began using both the salon and day spa since I was impressed by the variety and quality of services. The spa is constantly upgrading the products and services available to give you the best experience and results. My skin thanks them! The staff is wonderful, everyone is so knowledgeable and professional. Sadly, I don't know the greeters names but they are wonderful and make sure that all you needs are meet. I would recommend their services to everyone.

the hostess of a spa is the face of the company, besides greeting you and making you feel welcome, the hostess is your problem solver in sticky situations. i've been to spas all over the usa and europe, sorangel is by far the best hostess i have encountered. why? she has a genuine love of all people and she really cares about everyone. the hostess is usualy overlooked and underappreciated by staff and clientle. so on behalf everyone who appreciates you, thank you sorangel for a job well done. p.s, yes, the other staff members are absolutley fabulous. but, today is sorangel day.

Jel the greeter is friendlty and spunky...love it here. I dream of the facials here. Anywhere else can not compare.

I love going to Vito Mazza. Their massages are great. Ask for Jessica. My sister loves the rosacea facial. Im not much of a facial person. I like real facials where the women use their hands and clear the blackheads. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They have a room where they serve tea, water and snacks which is very comfortable and relaxing while you are in between treatments. Afterwards there are private showers where they supply the soap, hair products, deodorant and even toothpaste and razors. I would recommend going here.
