I got a mani/pedi and was less than impressed with the service and atmosphere. The pedicure was done in a room off to the side where you are sitting on a bench/couch type thing along the wall next to other customers. The service was ok but being so close to the other employees performing pedicures and other people getting them was noisy and uncomfortable. The manicure was ok - at best. The other employees who weren't performing a service at the time were milling around behind the girl doing mine, drinking starbucks and talking. A little distracting when I'm trying to relax! The girl didn't trim my cuticles or do anything that any little hole in the wall nail place does during a manicure. The paint starts a bit up my nail so when it was all done it looked as if I had had my nails painted 4 or 5 days before and they had grown out. My least favorite part was when she was all done (seconds after finishing my top coat) she told me to be extra careful for the next couple hours until the paint sets and dries. She then led me over to a couch at the top of the stairs where I sat until I thought my nails were dry enough to leave. No nail dryer, fans, nothing. So no thank you, I will NOT be returning here for any sort of nail service.

I was extremely dissapointed in the quality of my treatments for both massage and a facial. It was very mediocre, would not book another treatment. Not only did my appts run behind they were extremely basic. The massage therapist talked thru the entire massage and no matter how many times i requested extra pressure, none was given. It was a rub down of lotion

Went here with my mom for her birthday. We had great massages (my first one ever). Then we headed in to get our Asha Signature Pedicures. The seats were comfy and the baths were great but we had barely soaked our feet before they drained all the water out. My mom's pedicurist had a cold sore and didn't wear gloves. My pedicurist was polite and pleasant but wore no gloves. It was snowy outside so we let our toes dry for about 20 minutes before attempting to put our socks and shoes on. The Pedicurists both came out yelling at us to not put our shoes on for another 40 MINUTES! We went downstairs and ignored them and left. Our toes were just fine with no smudging but they need to invest in a nail dryer and teach their employees not to yell at guests who have a lunch reservation and can't wait an hour to dry their toes. I'll go back for a massage but not nails.

ive been to a number of spas in the chicago land area and i really love the auro and atmosphere at ASHA. its so relaxing and they do a good job of setting the mood. they are really friendly and helpful as well. would definitely reccommend if you want heaven for an hour or 2.

I was very pleased with the hair cut I got. But the color was too subtle. The colorist agreed that the shade she chose (or whatever color-combination she chose) was not good for my dark hair.
The colorist gave me one more free appointment which was nice, but this place being little far plus the whole process taking around 1.5hrs plus the new appointment being over the weekday, it was not so nice.
The second time also the color was too sublte. None of my family/friends could tell it unless I stood under a brigth light (which is usually the case in the salon).
I washed my hair with Aveda color-conserve sample I got 2 days after the coloring and all I'd was my white towel going red...the colorist said it's "normal".
I'd go for the hair cut again, but not for the color for sure!

I bought a massage for both my fiance and me over Valentine's Day weekend. We had a great experience and felt both therapists were very knowledged and professional. I did feel like we were in a bit of a production line (probably due to Valentine's Day weekend), but overall had a great, relaxing experience. Would definitely go back to stock up on Aveda products and have other services done.

I love their spa and salon. Everyone that works there is terrific and always great at what they do. Every service I go in for is fantastic! If I ever go somewhere else, I always have a horrible experience. So Asha is the place to go and you'll be addicted.

I recently visited Asha for my first facial there and it was excellent! The large comfy robes and mellow spa really set the mood after my long day. The girl I had really knew what she was talking about(Kalyn I believe) and we personalized the facial to my skin type. My skin looked amazing afterward plus it was super relaxing, I almost fell asleep during the foot massage!

I can't say enough good things about Asha... I love this place... not at all pretentious like the other big name spa in Schaumburg.
With your cut comes free scalp massage w/aroma therapy, free hand massages, free water, free snacks, they usually put a heated massage pillow around your neck while you wait. You get so much more than you bargain for when you go.
