About Barre Fitness
Barre Fitness is an exercise studio that offers the barreAmped exercise method, which is influenced by dance, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching. Small, isolated isometric movements are performed within deeply held and challenging postures, to help burn fat, increase metabolism and work all muscles. It is an efficient, effective whole body workout that will tone your muscles, lift your seat, flatten your abs and create long, lean muscles.
