All Star Massage & Spa

I went to this spa thinking it was high quality. My massage therapist did not show up. When I was leaving she walked in and said your leaving already. I was to give you a massage. (this was 2 hours after i had arrived). So to not keep me waiting the had an intern give me a massage I don't think she had ever picked up a hot stone before. I was more knowledgeable then she was. My facial was very meddeoker. It was basiclly rubbing a few lotions on and off. I would not recommend this Spa.

I experienced a wonder 2 hour spa package this past weekend at All Star Massage & Spa on Lake Bellevue.*Talk about a great way to treat yourself on a rainy day!Tobi, who treated me with a hot stone massage was kind, fabulous and well in-tune with my body as she worked through areas of tightness. Then add a facial, a scalp massage and finally a hand and feet treatment. 2 complete hours of BLISS.Everybody deserves loving kindness such as this.

All Star is wonderful. The foot soak with spa pedicure on the deck by the lake is great. Nice friendly people and knowledgeable staff. I've been here a couple times and going back again today.

I've gone to All Star Massage many times over the years and recently had a deep tissue massage by Rachael, hands down the best massage I've ever had - I highly recommend her!

I have visited All Star Massage many times and I want to share the wonderful experiences I've had there. First, the staff is friendly with excellent customer service and they have always been on time for my appointments. Second, the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. As you walk down the hallway, it has a Zen-like feel. Third, and most importantly, is the professionalism and expertise of the staff.On my first visit to the spa, I came with my sister and mother for some girlfriend time and indulgence. We all had massages as well as other services - spa manicures and a facial for my mom. Each massage and service was skillfully delivered by the friendly and very experienced staff, in a calming environment. We were relaxed, refreshed and felt revitalized afterward.The last several visits have been to get combo deep tissue/relaxation/medical massages from Starla, the owner. Over the past several years I have had a number of areas of chronic pain due to various injuries and stress. I have gone through a few rounds of physical therapy and had numerous deep tissue massages at other spas. I started getting massages from Starla, one time per week for a few weeks in a row and all of my pain decreased significantly due to her excellent techniques. Starla does an amazing combo massage. She has given me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, and I have had a lot of them. The icing on the cake is that my insurance pays for my medical massages and I pay the co-pay. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend All Star Massage to anyone in need of great service by a professional team in a relaxing environment.- Carol

I used this spa for the beginning of the date night with my husband and we were scheduled for the couples hot stone massage. We love hot stone massages and had it numerous times in different places. We were sited in the waiting room, where tea/coffee stand but no hot or cold water. I made a cup with sugar and tea bag, but attendee just brushed me off and ignored my request for water...??? Ok, move on! Room, where we had massage had no place for the clothes, so we just tucked our bra/blouses/sweaters in the sleeves of our coats and left them on the door hanger...Room was very tight, and massage therapist had to move back and forth to and from crack-pots (where they kept hot stones). It seems like they were taking their time and living us unattended a lot, seems like for a long time. Therapists were making a lot of noise with the moves and stones, and turned radio in the middle of cession, after few tries to find right station/song...??? In short-room was not set up to have relaxing smooth experience. The water should be offered, music is on and stones somewhere more accessible!!!When I went to pay for the services, one of massage therapists told me about discount(Thank you, that was nice), and I wanted to apply it, but office manager didn't gave it to me, because she already "processed the payment." So, I "lost $130! She didn't try to sweet this for me anyhow--"sorry," discount, nothing. I will not return because of that, and because I rather pay a bit more and have great, not mediocre experience. I definatelly would like to highlight luck of good customer service of the office manager.

It was all around the best spa visit I have EVER had!I will be back!The reflexology and facials were AMAZING!

I had a massage, foot treatment, and a facial at this spa. The treatments were good, however, the management could work on improving the overall experience and atmosphere. During my foot treatment I sat in a breezy hallway with people walking by while staring at the closed door. I wished I could see the beautiful view of the lake that was behind the door. It would have been really nice to soak my feet while enjoying the view & drinking my tea. The snack I was offered was a joke - a can of sliced oranges and a granola bar (ingredient list included a bunch of chemicals and a high fructose corn syrup, I didn't even touch it). How about a bowl of fresh fruit, berries with whipped cream or a high-fiber breakfast cookie instead? The staff were nice but didn't smile much. I could tell it was just a job for them. I wished it was quieter as well. I could hear people talking & walking. My overall feeling this spa was ok, definitely not the best I've ever experienced. I would not be coming back.

I've been a client for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and lovely. While I wait for my appointment I can sit comfortably, have tea and watch the birds on the lake and the clouds over the water. The massage and other services at the spa are excellent and no one is more caring. I give gift certificates for massage, facial and other services to my friends at Christmas and birthdays and use their excellent products myself. I recommend them without qualification to everyone.

For the first time at a spa it was the best...i went with my mom and sister for a day of relaxation, and that's what i got!!Thank you Starla, your hospitality and expertise were just what the three of us needed. I left feeling refreshed and beautiful.I will definately be coming back. And the location is absolutely the best, the lake is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you, Thank you,Thank you!!!
