My day at the spa was to least be desired. Started out with my masseuse was late. She said she didnt realize she had an appt. Shouldnt you check your schedule daily? She gave me my mudd bath first which was suppose to last 55min but lasted a total of 20 min that's uncluding her pouring the mudd down my back. My massage did last the 55 min that I paid for but wasnt the best massage I've ever had.I waited in between my massage and Facial 20 min just sitting there.When I recieved my facial, it was a very unplesant feeling. Lastly I had the worse pedicure of my life. My toenails look like a 3 year old painted them. I am very unhappy with this spa and never youwl I go there again or reccomend my friends. I have to point out while sitting there a lady came in to get her make up done and it was way to dark. She kept asking was it to dark and looked in the mirror several times but they kept assuring her it looked beautiful. What fakes!

Their staff is excellent and I felt like I was in a European Day Spa!! Diana
