The 8,200-square-foot facility features 25 treatment rooms (including skincare, massage, and hydrotherapy rooms), eight mani/pedi stations, Vichy shower, ladies' changing room, and men's locker room. Signature treatments include Diamond Facial, Clear Joy Facial, shea butter body wrap, endermologie, hot stone massage, and hydrotherapy massage. I have lived in the Boulder area for several years and have always wanted to try Essentials. I came here for a massage. Scheduling an appointment was painless, easy, and the guest services employee was friendly. The locker rooms were spacious and clean. The massage was not the best massage I have ever had. The male therapist seemed nervous and the pressure was OK. The whole process seemed a bit mechanical. The small steam room and sauna are an added bonus to any service. If I were to come here again, I would try a different service and request a different therapist.

At 10:30, I made an appointment for an 80 minute massage. By the time I arrived at 10:55, the receptionist had accidentally deleted my appointment and given it to someone else. Then, they very ungraciously offered to set me up with another appointment 2 hours later. Nice way to run your business! I will not be spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars here anymore.

Most relaxing day I've had in a long time. Thanks again to Essentiels. I had a body scrub and massage. I would recommend Patrice to everyone! The steam & Sauna were a wonderful addition and then off to my manicure & pedicure. Thanks again for a wonderful day. The spa was clean, staff was wonderful, and my experience was great. Karen

I've been to Essentiels Spa several times and had a variety of services such as mani, pedi, air brush tanning, massage. I have to say all have been great. The technicians are top notch. My pedi's from Essentiel last 2 weeks longer than other places I've had pedi's done. Only thing I wish they had is more snacks (vs. just whole fruit) in waiting area and I really wish they had a steam room or whirlpool.

I've gone here for 15 years. My most recent visit was a few months ago. It's still very nice but as they get bigger, it loses some appeal. The water was empty, the product selection in the locker room was not as fantastic as it used to be, and the whole thing feels more and more corporate and conveyer belt-like (and more expensive). That being said, the treatments have all been great, with lots of extras like heated tables, eye pillows etc.

I used to go here a lot when I lived in Boulder. From the moment you walk in, you feel very relaxed. I have gotten massages, facials, and manicures here, all of which have been wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I only wish the spa had some more amenities, such as a hot tub or pool.

I love the atmosphere at Essentiels, from the beach themed waiting area to the soothing changing room and sauna and steam room. I always leave feeling so relaxed, even if I've just gone in for a 25 minute massage! I've always felt well taken care of, and Patrice is an especially good massage therapist. The staff is friendly and courteous, whether I'm there all day or for one service.

I just went to Essentials recently. What they did not tell me is to spread out your treatments with a little down time in between. This will give you a more relaxing day and feel more like "the spa" experience. We were running from one thing to the next. It could have been better if we would have realized that slowing it down was an option. Next time! good service overall, best mini-manicure EVER...good facial, nice location and overall the employees were nice and didn't act like they were all that ! Which I never understand because THEY are working for US!! but somehow these day spas attract uppity women as employees.
