Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The spa itself is nice and the receptionists are pleasant however, I scheduled a full Brazilian and the esthetician did not do a great job to say she teaches a class on how to do it. The wax was way too hot and when I told her it was too hot she said I was probably just sensitive cause she was going over the same spot twice. This was not the case it was just too hot in general. She also left lots of hair. If the hair wasn't in her direct eye view from the STOOL she was sitting on on the side of the table she did not remove it. I should have known it wasn't going to be of good quality from the price. You really do get what you pay for. I will never go back to this place for any type of waxing and will go back to Urban Nirvanna where their work is high quality and I know the job will be done correctly.
