Gentle Bellydance: The Original Dance of Motherhood
This class is designed to fit the lite exercise needs of expecting and new mothers. Learn the authentic dance of motherhood that is quite possibly the oldest dance in time. It comes from the East and ancient world, and is believed to be one of the very first ways that women dealt with labor and pain before modern medicine. Yoga for Fertility-FREE Preview
The Yoga for Fertility class is for the benefit of women who are looking to increase fertility, are preparing for or undergoing IVF, seek prenatal support, need relief from discomfort caused by menstruation, fibroids, endometriosis, stress, or menopause. The additional benefits of this class are an increase in sexual pleasure, and deeper connection with partner! Restorative poses stretch tight muscles, and relaxation leads to increase of blood flow to the pelvis creating a welcoming environment for conception. Breathing techniques release tension and anxiety built up by medical treatments, and reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can interfere with reproduction. A six-week series, these classes are a necessity for women in the preconception stage of their life.Registrations must be made in advance as classes are semi-private and intimate. Feel free to try one class before purchasing the remaining five. |
