Sol Yoga has the best, high quality teachers and smaller class sizes (max 30 students) to help you get the most out of your time on your yoga mat!Our studios use state of the art Infrared heating for our HOT Yoga rooms! We offer Hot, Regular and Warm classes at all locations.Styles include Vinyasa Flow for beginners to advanced, Traditional Ashtanga, Yin Yang and Restorative classes!Introductory Special offers a low cost monthly memberships are available at all locations.Come see us at either location to get started on your yoga journey.
