   From breath to touch, our caring and nurturing blend of shiatsu and lomi-lomi massage will deeply refresh you.  We offer a full menu of services for you to choose from.  You can enjoy a perfect relaxation massage or a more specific goal-oriented massage.  Please enjoy our techniques page for detailed information.

   For people who enjoy very firm pressure, we also have bars hung above four of the massage tables.  By request, your therapist can use the bars for balance while carefully walking on your back.

  At the Waikiki Trade Center location, use of our yoga fitness area is free with your massage.  You can even, with assistance, hang upside down in Circus Silk, for a very pleasurable spine inversion.

Nia Dance-Aerobics Classes:  Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

MBPC: Massage Breathing Partner-Yoga Circus-Yoga :

MBPC is a three hour class for Couples-Massage blended with Partner-Yoga.  Its a fantastically fun way to play together and learn together.

Three hours:  Its necessary to book as a pair.

Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage Class :

Kumu Mark Saito offers massage training in both Hawaiian Spirituality and in how that spirituality is used for healing massage therapy.  Classes are good for individuals or large groups.

Hawaiian Chanting :

Kumu Mark Saito has been teaching workshops on Hawaiian Spirituality throuought Hawaii and the Mainland for over twenty years.  His Hawaiian Chanting Class teaches how to actually chant two authentic Hawaiian Chants.  Creating the sounds is a pleasure in itself, and the cultural information in the class adds to your experience of Hawaii.

Mondays and Fridays from 7 am until 8:45 am  in the Waikiki Trade Center studio.

Class fee:  $20
