    Spa on The Boulevard is a 11,200 square foot, full service day spa featuring 20 hair stations, 9 pedicure stations (5 of which are private), 10 facial and massage rooms (2 of which are couples rooms with soaking tubs) 2 vichy rooms, a private mens lounge, a womens lounge, a large eucalyptus steam room, sauna and a large relaxing garden room  which can accommodate up to 30 people.

I have been a customer of Debbie's two other locations for years. Having one of her spa's in Harford County is wonderful. I must say seeing the other review makes me scratch my head. If the above reviewer can tell me which Ikea you can find such furnishings I will be there tomorrow! Parking is not ideal, but obviously this shopping center is still being constructed. Not to mention I have walked further when visiting the White Marsh location. The front desk staff was pleasent and very accomadating. I loved that when I sat down to wait for my appointment there was a coffee bar that I could help myself to. As always my service, a nail appointment with Sierra was beyond wonderful and I look forward to my next visit. In all honesty, if you live in the area Spa on the Boulevard is a must see. I guarantee that no other spa in the area can compare to this.

DON'T GO TO THIS SPA! I went for a waxing appt and the parking is no where near the entrance, the staff that welcomed me didn't offer a drink, tell me how long the wait was, even show me where the bathroom was. The actually waxing appointment was terrible too - one I have gotten twice as much done in an hour as she did in an hour and a half. I told her my eyebrows where sensitive and she burned them anyway - and one of the worst burns I ever had. And I have wax in my hair from an eyebrow wax. The whole thing was unprofessional and while the building looks new and nice and big - its decorated with cheap IKEA style furniture so give it a couple months and the quality won't hold up. Stick with another spa and don't waste your money!!
