At Premier Personal Training you don't see rows of treadmills, like you do at most gyms. We use a much more effective protocol to get cardio in! This workout burns a lot of calories, get your metabolism revved up and you get all the benefits from cardiovascular exercise. And in between cardio circuits, we have core circuits to tone your mid section and improve your posture! Your heart rate will be like a roller coaster in this class; we will bring it up and down the entire time which is the most effective way to fat loss! Equipment we use in this session include trx, ropes, ladders, bosus, kettlebells, medicine balls, cycle bikes and more! This workout will fly by and you will have fun and feel great after the workout! If you are just doing group classes; I reccomend you complete 2 Premier Cardio/Core classes/week and Boot Camp on Saturdays. |
